I read a lot of different reviews prior to choosing to come here, and some of the negative ones were honestly dissuading me, but I thought since it was recommended by a relative who is a dental professional (their office doesn't accept my insurance), I'd see for myself. Very glad I did. I'm not saying those experiences had by others were not credible, I give the benefit of the doubt that they might have felt that way about their experience. It may have been a misunderstanding or an off day, because they are mostly first time experiences. But at the same time I have a critical eye, and my internal alarm bells go off at the first hint of a possible red flag. Everytime I've gone those feelings are not present whatsoever. It's so noticeable I recognize my guard was up because the response is so shocking in being the perfect thing to say to ease my concerns, always with a great deal of understanding. Conveniently located, too, with their own cozy parking lot. Very professional looking building inside and out. They have the latest modern equipment, it's immaculately clean and neat. I asked to speak to a manager regarding all the above issues and the latest when they said I need to come in for polish but at the time of the appointment switched and said it was an expensive periodontal cleaning instead of the polish.
