AMAZING TEETH WHITENING!!! My boyfriend and I did zoom whitening and are so happy. First, the staff are extremely kind! They allowed us to brush our teeth there with complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. They explained the whitening process beforehand, as it was both of our first times. They give you a bell to ring in case you have sensitivity, and they have gel in between sessions in case helpful. It's 4 rounds for 15 minutes. It went extremely smoothly, and was very peaceful. Both the ladies were extremely kind throughout the entire process. Our teeth are MUCH whiter, and we are super pleased with the results. They offered a special pricing deal for new patients. So this was my first time. I'm writing this while I'm in the parking lot. I found them on Yelp and decided to reach out. From the initial call, the front desk was kind and courteous and they made it such a breeze. I got a text reminder and a link to fill out additional information which made my first appt so smooth and efficient! The dental office is easy to find. Plenty of parking (huge plus!). The office is bright, clean and inviting. Everyone is friendly and professional. They went into detail regarding my concerns and my past experiences. It's been some time since I saw the dentist, mainly because we relocated and my last experience was absolutely horrendous. They did a 3D scan and x rays. The scan was awesome because it gives you a clear view of what's going on. They walked me through everything in detail! Here's the best part. They gave me an itemized list from most concerning/important items to least....they show you what your insurance covers and what your out of pocket expense would be. They were NOT pushy to get me to schedule right away. They were honest, upfront and explained everything in detail. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was awesome. She was meticulous and I love that. The dentist Dr. Song is cool. He makes you feel very comfortable and confident and to be honest I'm surprised at my experience here. I honestly wasn't expecting to enjoy it.....but here I am. Happy to hear I have no cavities (woohoo!). Dental health and hygiene is really important. I want to keep my gums and teeth healthy. Glad I found my new dental office! Oh and since this was my first visit, they gave me a thank you bag! Talk about customer service. They use a trick here: when a client arrives, they tell them they cannot provide the requested service and you need to go to another doctor (Perhaps because they lack tools, technology, or a license), but for this information, they charge $370. I inquired to a few locations to do some teeth whitening and Pacific Dental was the quickest to respond and gave me a very reasonable price. They're doing a summer sale so it was only $295 (regular price is $675.) They were able to schedule me within the same day and the process was super easy - filled out a form online and by the time I showed up to check in, things were ready to go. I spoke with Mel at the front desk who made things super easy. The process was super smooth and the lady who did the whitening was very attentive and had a bell for me to utilize during the whitening incase I felt any sensitivity and needed to cool off from it. Also was super weary about any 'additional costs' that would arise that were never mentioned but alas, the price I was given was the price I paid! This dentistry is in a suite/plaza so parking is shared, and access to the actual spot is a bit hard. When you walk in the first floor walk all the way down the hall, and the room is #185 to the right. Overall, although this isn't my primary dentistry, I would absolutely come back! The staff was amazing and the process was very simple, I am recommending this whitening to my friends. read more

I have been a long time patient since Dr. Natvig was alive. When they changed over they never informed me that they no longer take my insurance. They also take x-rays before they are needed and gave my daughter fluoride (at extra cost) without informing me. My daughter went in for a cleaning and I got a bill for $450.00! I just completed my first appointment with Pacific Dental for my cleaning. I'm truly impressed by everyone's warm and friendly vibes! Not only is the office modern and clean, everyone had great bedside manners, too. The front desk staff (I believe it's Ronnie? I might be misremembering) thoroughly explained my treatment plan even when I called back to ask questions. The dental assistant (shucks- I didn't catch her name) and Dr. Song were so nice and welcoming, explaining the results of my Xrays patiently with me. And finally, Evelyn, my dental hygienist was very thorough cleaning my sugar-coated teeth! She was also very warm and welcoming; and to be honest, sometimes that's all we ask for when visiting the dentist. It's the simplest things but these qualities this office possess are often times hard to find with many other dental offices. I've found my go-to now, thank goodness. read more

Had stellar service with PDA for almost 2 years. Always super friendly and professional staff. And Dr. Natvig just puts you at ease, and never pressures you into doing anything you might not need, like a night mouth guard or even implant surgery for my husband. And the hygienists are some of the most thorough I've ever had. So lots of positives. However, recently, there have been issues with billing. I have Delta and usually everything is covered. But lately, I've been getting bills and even 1 with a finance charge? Would have appreciated a heads up if a certain exam or procedure wasn't 100% covered. Made me feel like I was dealing with a bank instead of a service provider. So docking a star for that. Might need to start looking elsewhere if overages continue. read more
