It seems a little late in life because I'm 47, but my kids are all grown, I just got married and this is the very first thing I have ever "selfishly" done for myself...and I am BEYOND HAPPY with my results!!! I'm a thicker sized girl (5'2 and I weigh 160lbs) and I went from having very small breasts (small B if that) to getting 550cc implants. I am now a cup size D/DD. I have always battled with my self-esteem...I either felt over-weight, or I didn't feel sexy enough or feminine enough in clothing that should have made me feel pretty. I battled with making outfits look nicer on a body where my stomach was bigger than my breasts...and when I did lose a ton of weight the first things to get even smaller, were my boobs. You could tell me that man kicks puppies in his spare time and I don't think I'd believe you even if I wanted to. He seems very happy with his career choice and to help others. It was appreciated as a scared patient. I can't recommend enough that patients book with him specifically. My partner told me how kind he was to her and that she had a great experience as well. I got both a shave removal and a small spot frozen with liquid nitrogen. Both didn't feel great, but they tried to be honest with me about the sensations and it wound up being not nearly as bad as I had built it up to be over the years. My only issue is that I didn't come sooner. If you want to do multiple things at an appointment, be up front with the assistant about it. You may need to book separate ones depending on the issues, but Tina was able to squeeze in a second for the doctor to handle a second small problem spot for me at my appointment. It was nice of her to do so, as she explained that sometimes things have to be billed separately for insurance purposes or for the sake of their time to see as many patients as they can. Billing was explained to me well by Candice, so I also appreciated the front desk and the ease of everything there, as well. I'm happily surprised everything felt seamless and easy. The billing department goes overseas then they tell me they're going to escalate it and have a provider reach out to me over the phone. Then I'll get a text with a message in it. That is a blank statement of having the bill paid for. It's been an absolute mess. It's still not resolved and has affected my credit. STEER CLEAR!

It is something I carry with me every single day. Over the years, I have seen many doctors, even traveling outside of the country searching for answers, help, or simply understanding. Sadly, many experiences left me feeling dismissed, unheard, and hopeless. Some doctors barely listened before rushing me out the door. Others made me feel like I was wasting their time. After a while, it became emotionally draining to keep asking for help while feeling invisible. Meeting PA Cyril Joseph changed that experience completely. From the very first appointment, he treated me like a human being instead of just another patient. He listened patiently, never rushed me, and made me feel genuinely heard. CAUTION FRAUD!! I am beyond frustrated with this doctor's office. My husband has not been seen here…read moresince 2023, and suddenly in June 2026 they withdrew nearly $1,000 from our bank account without any authorization, notification, phone call, email, letter, or explanation. What makes this even worse is that we have no idea what this charge is for. We have not received a bill, statement, or any communication whatsoever. During our visits, we used our insurance and paid the required copays at the time of service, so where did this charge suddenly come from years later? And how do they have my card information saved 3 years later? No patient should wake up to find almost $1,000 missing from their account without warning or consent. If there was a legitimate balance owed, why weren't we contacted? Why wasn't a bill sent? Why was money simply taken from our account years after the fact? This situation feels incredibly dishonest and has completely destroyed our trust in this practice. We are disputing the charge and expect a full explanation immediately. Patients deserve transparency, proper billing procedures, and respect, not surprise withdrawals from their bank accounts years later.
