Every instructor here is fantastic -- Ally, Pretty, Kari. You can tell they all genuinely care about helping you grow stronger, more balanced, and more confident. The studio also hosts periodic challenges that give you that extra push to stay consistent -- a fun and motivating reminder to show up for yourself and celebrate progress, not perfection. They have a water station and provide toiletries (deodorant and pads) in the restroom. It's a clean studio. At the end of every class, they give you a wipe and spray to wipe down the reformers/equipment. Which is much nicer than a simple disinfectant wipe because it feels like you're actually cleaning everything. Sometimes it's hard to get into a class, sometimes you get off the waitlist quickly. It just depends on who the instructor is. Madison and Jen have great workouts that give you enough time in between to catch your breath. If you're looking for a challenge, take one of Sydney's classes. She will definitely work you out! There are quite a few people who go here regularly and still don't have the correct form or they move a lot quicker than how the exercise is supposed to be performed, so that should say something about how often the instructors take the time to provide corrections. Overall, it's a good place to start your pilates journey.

The colors really complement each other. They also have different weight options, exercise balls, some mats available, stretch bands etc. For the grand opening they hosted 3 classes for the community. They had charcuterie cups, mocktails, different vendors and sign up specials. The owner, Samara, is so kind! It looks like they have a wonderful little community going on here. Parking is also not too difficult. She definitely gave this place a beautiful makeover. :)

Loved this barre class! I've been doing barre for years and my very favorite studio closed a few…read moreyears ago. Since then my body has never been the same, the sculpting I had before has been almost impossible to achieve. I've been trying different barre studios and just hadn't found the one that worked my butt and legs the way my original studio had. Cassie's class finally did that. She incorporates cardio WITH the barre moves. Some studios will throw in some cardio but it's typically separate from the barre moves...the difference it makes when the cardio comes from the combination of repetitions and quick transitions is huge. My butt is so sore this morning...that's the best feeling!! She makes the class fun and the music is good, other people taking the class were super friendly. The classes are 45 minutes long and she does not waste a single minute. I love the 45 minute, go hard format. She incorporated most of the most effective moves you can do in barre. I'm in the middle of a move and only up this way a couple of day's per week right now but I'll be taking classes here every time I can. I highly recommend this studio!
