The worst thing about this gym are the crowd's and limited space: no matter what time you attend the gym. The gym has a lot of excessive perks: the tank, recovery etc that take up a lot of space and seriously contribute to a gym goers negative experience. This ample space could be used to add more essential stations that have traffic. The tank and recovery room are often empty. Due to the limited space, there is more traffic, and more traffic means longer times in the gym. They have this weird policy that prevents people from using the workout room to stretch or jump rope when it is not in use. This limits places for people to stretch or jump rope, leaving them with no options. EOS is like that girl that tries super hard to be sexy. Sexiness is not something that should be forced; you either have it or you don't. Whoever is over the operations and design of the gym misunderstands efficiency, lacks vision, should go back to the drawing board and start from the basics. I should add: the staff are great, and trainers are awesome at this location. The equipment and gym is pretty clean too

This gym is truly something special. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed--like you're part of a community, not just a member. I love seeing the friendly faces of Chris , Jonathan and Alissa . The atmosphere is positive, inclusive, and full of energy. The coaches and gym owners are incredible. They're not just knowledgeable--they're genuinely supportive and make every workout fun and engaging. They take the time to get to know you, understand your goals, and push you in the best way possible. I've never felt so motivated and excited to show up and work out even at 5 am . One of the things I love most is that the workouts are different every time. You never get bored, and your body is always challenged in new ways. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to level up, this is the place to be. Thankful for this gym for helping me meet my fitness goals . They have weekly Zumba classes as well. Unlike other gyms that I have gone to in the past, the dumbbells are usually in their respective spots and not scattered throughout the gym. The equipment is clean as I sometimes see a worker cleaning and reracking the weights. The trainers are really knowledgeable about fitness and are helpful if I have any questions. Additionally, there is also a group of individuals who also work out consistently, promoting a unique sense of community. The front desk staff is friendly and considerate. Alyssa has been especially helpful for membership questions and overall contributes to the positive atmosphere. Riverside is the largest studio I've been to and they have some of the best instructors--Mariah, Somer, Sonia and Teri are all wonderful and they all take the time to teach you and ensure you get a great workout. They are also great at connecting with each of their different clients which I really respect. Not only do they have reformer classes but they also have mat classes, heated classes, and multiple apparatus classes like jump board, trx and springboard classes. There are always a variety of classes to choose from beginner to advanced classes. The first class is free so you should definitely take advantage but getting a membership is the way to go! If you want to be a part of a studio that is a welcoming environment and offers the best workouts, you should come here! The best part about the entire Pilates Circle group is that every studio I go to has such a diverse group of ppl attending each class--everyone is going through their own journey and you have a group of all ages trying to be their best self!
