I'm so annoyed with Club Pilates. First of all, it's expensive, and inconvenient. You pay for classes but then can only use them within a 30 day window or they expire...you have to call them to get it extended. Which means I'm calling every month because I can't always use all 4 sessions in a month because I do have a life. This is just annoying because I can really only make it on the weekends, and weekend classes book up weeks in advance. My other annoyance with this is if you do go on a waiting list, you'll sometimes get notified like two hours before the class starts that you're off the waiting list - now it's too late to cancel if you've made other plans, OR you've wasted your day waiting around to find out if you'll make it into the class. I enjoy pilates, but this company just does not care at all about the customer experience, they make it unreasonably difficult to use their service, the app sucks, just overall annoying in every encounter I've had with them. I can't ever get into a class on the weekend and then they expire so I can't use them unless I call every single month to ask them to extend the dates. Why make doing business with you guys so difficult? Why put so many roadblocks in to be able to enjoy the service? If I paid for these sessions, they should not expire ever frankly, but good god, 30 days? Not even 60 or 90 days before you can't use them? Now I try to cancel my membership, next billing cycle is tomorrow, and they require a 30 day cancellation notice as well so I'm going to be charged....again.....for a service I can barely use because of how inconvenient they make it. Just annoyed with it and done, I'm sure there are better and cheaper pilates studios who don't make it nearly impossible to use them. I'll be looking for one that doesn't charge me for sessions I can't even use. read more

At the front desk I was greeted by Aniyahry, her customer service was excellent and she guided me for stability classes and overall benefits to help me get more stable in my body. Overall, this place has the energy and the capabilities to help athletes with their needs and help them be the best version of themselves. read more

I'm a 65 year old male who had been sitting behind a desk for the last 20 years and realized I had lost balance and stability. So far most of the classes have been great. I have mainly taken the Center + Balance classes to compliment weight lifting and it has definitely helped. Front desk is always very nice and welcoming, and I haven't experienced issues with class timeliness or issues with any instructors! read more

Classes have been amazing, such a great workoit. and the best part is it works your whole body!

I recently cancelled my membership here after having it over one year. They still charged me $15 to cancel and any remaining points went to waste. Why did I cancel my membership? Classes were too much trouble to book, I had to schedule at least two weeks in advance and I do not have a consistent day to day schedule so this was incredibly frustrating. Booking the day before or day of is impossible. Most instructors are pretty good, friendly and knowledgeable. However, very few of them actually walk around to help fix your form. None of them take the time to ask if anyone needs accommodations for how their body is feeling that day. Those are small things that make a huge difference. For the cost, I don't feel it was worth it and ease of booking was simply not there. read more

They have different styles so you can decide on who suits you the most, but they are all professional and try to modify moves incase you have an injury. I started going to Club Pilates about two months ago, I wanted to wait a bit to provide my review. After two months I can honestly say I love Pilates. Not only am I seeing results but it has given me more " me " time since becoming a mom. I personally only go once a week but even just by going once a week I see the progress in my body and mental health. My only con, is that the classes get booked fast but if I'm being honest I have put myself in the waiting list a few times and end up getting in. This was my first time trying out Pilates. I was referred by MiAngel and had a very comfortable experience. She was very helpful since I had a few questions before going into it. I also appreciated how friendly all of the staff is. I get worried about going to public gyms because of sanitary reasons, but I was impressed how clean the studio is. I started Pilates here at Mission Grove about a year ago and was unsure if I would see the benefits of this type of exercise. I saw results very soon after with muscle tone and increased balance. Another benefit is the relaxation aspect of the process, it truly is a feel good program that also relaxes the mind.
