If you do be prepared to advocate for yourself watch all transactions and research what they say is or isn't covered and your cost with your insurance directly. With the AMAZING help and persistence from Kristin Free (an administrator in billing and claims at Wheeler), and after 15 months of her and I working together, Cigna ended up paying the outstanding amount of nearly $700.00. And now I get a refund because of Kristin and I keeping excellent records and notes. I can't begin to thank Kristin enough for her diligence and hard work. Thank you!!

Each time at three different locations they ask what size and which shoe. End of story. This year I was sent to Hanger, I went from one star service to five star service. This Scottsdale location did an in depth interview, numerous measurements gave information on why some styles might be better suited for me. After the arrival of the shoes still did some shaving of insoles then wanted me back in two weeks at which time careful review of the insoles (with adjustments) sitting on the floor checking movement of each foot. I cannot believe they go to show much to make sure everything is perfect. I peeked in the window of their large well equipped lab...... amazing Lori Dias, C.P.O. did fittings after a man did original analis attention to detail is great. Do not hesitate to check on these people for any prosthetic or feet gear kneads you might have.
