I got reminder but it said different doctor so I called. They didn't know why but switched it back but I was told I needed to use medical insurance because I am diabetic - never have and have always used my eye insurance, I was told the supervisor would call and explain - no call ever came. I had also sent multiple emails from the portal that always said it couldn't be delivered. A week before appointment I got email to confirm and fill out paperwork to pre-register and I did. Today when I went for appointment, I went to pick out frames ahead since I would get dilated and the person said they hadn't done Dr McCoy's appointments since they were a surgeon. I went to the office and was told a person wouldn't check me in or give me paperwork - I had to use kiosk so I left. Each time at three different locations they ask what size and which shoe. End of story. This year I was sent to Hanger, I went from one star service to five star service. This Scottsdale location did an in depth interview, numerous measurements gave information on why some styles might be better suited for me. After the arrival of the shoes still did some shaving of insoles then wanted me back in two weeks at which time careful review of the insoles (with adjustments) sitting on the floor checking movement of each foot. I cannot believe they go to show much to make sure everything is perfect. From the moment I called and spoke with Alison, I was instantly put at ease. She was so kind and was very clear in her explanations of what I was to expect with my 1st visit. Upon arrival, I was met with a welcoming smile and warmth that I have not encountered at any other medical practice. In the waiting room there was a young girl and her mother who were both open to my questions and their experience's with the staff and process. I met Trent, who is now my hero. His kindness and keen eye knew exactly what was needed. We scheduled my first appointment and I was so confidant in what was to come. The whole process took at total of about 10 hours but they were probably the best hours with a doctor I have ever spent. Although the process may seem arduous to most, Trent took so much time and care and created an eye that is indiscernible to anyone who has known my struggle. I am forever grateful to all of the staff and most especially Trent... You gave me back a better version of myself than I have seen in over 15 years... Abundant love and gratitude, Laura Best

I called Metro Foot and Ankle to see if I could get an appointment that day. They tried to get me in with Dr. Wright, but she had too many surgeries. So Dr. Saunders offered to see me. He Xrayed the foot and found a broken bone. Dr. Saunders cleaned up everything, bound the toe to protect it, put me in a boot and scheduled surgery. Jamming my toe on a carpet was pretty silly, but trying to tough it out was stupid. I'm just really grateful for the service I received there. Plus, kudos to the ladies there who went the extra mile to get me seen. So, take my advice. Don't try to tough it out. Give Metro Foot and Ankle a call. You won't be sorry.

There is so much to appreciate. This one feels a bit more spacious and I found myself in the store for 2 hours just taking my time looking through the aisles. Immediately upon walking in, I was enamored by their setup and selection of books. They have every genre you can think about. Some sections that caught my eye: a dedicated kids' section and a spot for when special guests come. They're also connected to Wildflower so you can come before or after a sip and bite. Changing Hands is so special because they care about community and also support second hand! Staff is eager to help you out and guide you if you have a specific book in mind. You can bring your well loved books in return for store credit and they're quite generous with the credit. They'll take your books depending on the condition and if they need stock for that book. The cherry on top- I love that I'm supporting a local bookstore. And you even get a stamp card with a discount once you've gotten it all stamped out. Their prices are also affordable, and you can choose from new or used books which is nice. Most of their used books are in pristine condition. I support Changing Hands through and through and am so glad I ran across this bookstore. If you're a book lover, you need to go!

I am told there is no warranty and that I would have to pay $200 each time to fix the screw. This is a scam. I'm being told it is my fault the implant is failing which seems ridiculous. I'm not chewing metal, just normal food. My suggestion: talk to your dentist about what brand of implant they intend to use and do some research on your own. The implant will cost you thousands already and no one wants to pay for repairs. My old dentist no longer takes my insurance so I have to pay out of pocket.
