With the AMAZING help and persistence from Kristin Free (an administrator in billing and claims at Wheeler), and after 15 months of her and I working together, Cigna ended up paying the outstanding amount of nearly $700.00. And now I get a refund because of Kristin and I keeping excellent records and notes. I can't begin to thank Kristin enough for her diligence and hard work. Thank you!!

Waiting area is clean. There is good social distancing with the lobby seating. Masks are required upon entrance. The doctor's MA was kind and thorough in obtaining the history of my injury. Within 5 minutes of the MA rooming me, I was walked down the hall for 3 X-rays, which only took maybe 3 minutes. Doctor was friendly, efficient, and heard my concerns. I was able to get a new walking boot before I left the clinic! Checkout process was fast and simple. Highly recommend!
