With the AMAZING help and persistence from Kristin Free (an administrator in billing and claims at Wheeler), and after 15 months of her and I working together, Cigna ended up paying the outstanding amount of nearly $700.00. And now I get a refund because of Kristin and I keeping excellent records and notes. I can't begin to thank Kristin enough for her diligence and hard work. Thank you!!

Not only did they prepare me for the future but mentally it has been a gift that no rehab center or Doctor could prepare for. Each time at three different locations they ask what size and which shoe. End of story. This year I was sent to Hanger, I went from one star service to five star service. This Scottsdale location did an in depth interview, numerous measurements gave information on why some styles might be better suited for me. After the arrival of the shoes still did some shaving of insoles then wanted me back in two weeks at which time careful review of the insoles (with adjustments) sitting on the floor checking movement of each foot. I cannot believe they go to show much to make sure everything is perfect. I peeked in the window of their large well equipped lab...... amazing Lori Dias, C.P.O. did fittings after a man did original analis attention to detail is great. Do not hesitate to check on these people for any prosthetic or feet gear kneads you might have.

I also enjoy having Michael as my prosthetic person and listens to where to fix my prosthetic if I have a problem. When I went to Dr. Su he had me take some xrays and was shocked to see how bad it was broken. Dr. Su explained everything he was going to do to fix my problem. He was great I was not able to walk for 3 1/2 months he told me NOT to put any pressure on my foot I listened. So 8 months later I'm finely going back to work. We had brought test results to the doctor from a previous clinic, during the last visit, it was asked about them, he had not even looked at them. He got up went somewhere, was back in less than 3 minutes, oh they all look fine. Sorry, way to fast for us. My wife was in a boot and was in a wheelchair, at not time did they ever offer help in and out the front door, since it was an electric door. They neve offered any help for her to get from her wheelchair to the exam chair. I had a short meeting one day with the office manage, she was suppose to call the next day, that call never can. And final, what clinic nowadays does not have a patient portal. I hope others have a much better experience.

I had a cast fitted in the Mercy Gilbert Hospital on New Year's Day. I (we) were told that the cast would be available and delivered to the hospital on Tuesday (1/3/2023) at the very latest Wednesday. I stayed an extra day and a half in the hospital waiting for it! It is now the 17th and I have absolutely nothing from you except a bill!! My foot has gotten worse and nobody wants to get back to me and make this right! I'm beyond livid. This is totally unacceptable! If you're not going to deliver a product for three weeks then you should say that at the time! Stop dragging this out and leading me on when it comes to my health and ability/inability to walk!!! If this has made my foot worse I'm holding you responsible. I've been beyond patient. However, they changed billing companies and I received a bill in 2026z When I called them to let them know, the response from the front desk guy was " our previous billing company did not do a good job, and I don't see any notes." They didn't try to resolve this and the front desk person was very rude and acted like I was lying. I'm not a fan of medical practices who blame the patient for billing issues, especially since it has been 2 years since I've even received a bill and thought this was taken care of.
