Come on! Any hotel knows that you shouldn't require guests to stair-climb to enter the hot tub. The designers of the Active Wellness Center were too cheap to build a fully in-ground jacuzzi pool. Also... the only way a disabled person could get through the heavy glass doors surrounding the pool and dressing rooms is to have a strong caregiver present. And even then, the wheelchair will smash against the glass doors, which won't stay open for you. And get this! When I cancelled our memberships, they provided only the tiniest box to explain why we were cancelling. I typed "Not Enough Space Here." I fully expected them to email me asking for details. Nope. They never wrote.

Factors that stop me from giving them 5 stars... it's VERY busy during rush hour (Monday-Thursday). Weekends are reasonable. There's too many folks filming and trying to be fitness influencers. The Zumba class music is too loud and with the door open (just like City Sports), but to be fair, the manager has tried to fix this. We drove 30 minutes only to be told in person that the instructor was unable to make it. We were promised a refund on the spot, but a week later we have yet to receive it. The hardest part of all was watching my toddler's excitement turn to heartbreak. He had been looking forward to swimming with the other babies all day. I hope management takes steps to improve their communication and follow through on commitments to families.
