I've been a member here for about 6 months. I joined specifically to work with a personal trainer…read more(Ron). I had specific goals that Ron understood and drafted a workout and nutrition plan to help me meet those goals. As my fitness improved Ron updated the plan to keep it challenging and relevant. The nutrition aspect of my plan was great as well. He created a long list of foods that matched up with my goals and matched them to the grocery stores I already was using. He also pushed me physically which is what I needed on quite a few early mornings. My experience with Ron was life changing. My job puts a lot of stress on different parts of my body, and Ron has helped my body be much more resilient to injuries. Plus I feel great and more confident with my increased energy and strength. My training sessions ended a while ago but I've kept up on my regular workout routine, which is something I've never been able to do over the past twenty years despite many attempts. I've already referred Ron to several friends and colleagues. As for the gym and its staff: Reagan is awesome. I don't know any other staff because I'm only there early mornings. The gym equipment works fine, but it does seem sketchy sometimes. I've seen loose bolts, broken pieces of trim that stick out and scratch legs or catch clothing, and I've tripped more than once on uneven floor or equipments that is packed too closely together. Another guy and I were talking recently that were shocked the gym owner isn't all over maintenance and replacement of the floor and equipment. Seems like a lawsuit or two could financially ruin the place pretty quickly. I hope that doesn't happen because I really like the atmosphere of the gym. People are friendly. The trainer is fantastic. The equipment and facilities just need to be updated and better maintained. It doesn't need to be fancy. I don't want to pay for a fancy gym or workout in a fancy place. Just a few clicks nicer.

My rating has nothing to do with the management or staff. The front desk team is amazing, and the…read moredaycare has been wonderful for my daughter--the women who work there are incredibly kind and caring. The lower rating is simply in hopes that the owner will address some ongoing issues within the gym. There are approximately 15 treadmills, and all of them have recurring problems, whether it's a loose belt, clunking noise, self-adjusting settings, or being completely out of service. While repairs are made regularly, the issues often return within a short period of time. Given how heavily these machines are used by people of all ages, from walkers to runners, reliable equipment is important. I've also noticed a significant decline in cleanliness over the past 6-8 months. Dust and dirt have become much more noticeable throughout the facility. I'm genuinely sad to leave because the gym community has been fantastic. Unfortunately, it no longer serves the purpose it once did when I first joined and the equipment was consistently well maintained. I hope these concerns are addressed, as this gym has many great qualities and a lot of potential.

I've been a member here for the past 2 years. I'm moving now and have to switch gyms, so I thought…read moreI'd share what I like about this place before I go. My experience with Fitness 19 AC has been well! I've gained some muscle, enhanced my workout routines, and even gotten to know some people along the way. This gym offers a great amount of equipment: squat racks, benches, tons of dumbbells, a green, and lots of machines (pec fly, cable, Smith, etc). When some of the more popular items are taken, I can usually pivot to an alternative device to prevent losing time. Their equipment is mostly well-maintained, with machines getting fixed quickly after being down. The staff working here, for the most part, are friendly and helpful. I've never been trained by them, but everyone I see with a trainer usually has a smile on their face. I never had any issues with staff members and even got to know some of them by name. I was able to lock in a decent rate with Fitness 19, and their price to value ratio will probably never be beaten. There were basically no hidden fees, just sign up and pay month to month. Frankly, I've been spoiled, and the process of signing up for a new gym will be painful because there is so much nonsense out there! Cancelling was easy too, granted that I had been attending for over a year. I met many people there, and usually if you attend regularly (which you should if you're trying to improve), you'll see the same people over and over again. This is a great place if you want to foster relationships with gym homies. Every gym goer I spoke with here was super friendly, even the gargantuan guys who bench 300+. If I had to critique one thing about this location, it would be sanitation. I'm a clean freak, so perhaps I'm biased, but I wish their [men's] restrooms smelled better (lots of protein powder and pre workout lol). That, and their drinking fountain water tastes off to me (may want to see if there is a filter to check or something like that); there is also calcium deposits around the mouth pieces too. These factors didn't stop me from enjoying my time at Fitness 19, however, if they were mitigated, I would have enjoyed it all the more. Overall, I'd check this place out if you're looking to improve health and fitness for a great price! I'm no longer in the area, but I can say that Fitness 19 AC played a big part in my life. Thanks, guys. Tl:dr Pros: - Decent amount of equipment - Friendly staff - Excellent value, price-wise - Good and friendly gym culture Cons: - Sanitation - Long wait times for popular equipment

I've been going to this gym for the past few years- it's got a lot of pros, but some serious cons…read morethat are making me consider cancelling my membership and trying out another gym altogether... Let's start with the pros. PROS: super reasonable pricing, especially for everything you get. Friendly & helpful staff. Love that they have a turf area as well as a studio/ mirrored area for classes, and it's good extra floor space when classes aren't in session. Nice that they have a sauna, red light therapy, tanning booth, hydromassage, and IN Body scan available. Good range of equipment/ plate loaded machines, squat racks, cardio machines, TRX, you name it. CONS: Here's what's making me reconsider my membership... the bathroom cleanliness is pretty unbearable. It's always been pretty dirty but I've been able to suck it up and tolerate it. Within the past month, I've started to notice black mold in the showers (unmistakably- it's fuzzy and everything), moldy and smelly shower curtains, wads of hair that don't get moved for weeks (indicating they're clearly not cleaning), and yesterday there were little black bugs on the shower floors that sort of looked like small black silverfish? The mats outside of the showers finally got cleaned a couple months ago, but they're starting to get that soapy/ moldy build up again. The sauna floor is extremely dirty as well and I'm not sure how often they clean it... makes me worry what we're breathing in. They also don't have any recycling bins despite California law and all of the cans and plastic they accumulate. :( These concerns have been brought up internally numerous times by many members of the gym and nothing seems to be improving. I'm super bummed because I otherwise love the gym, but I just need to keep my health and safety in mind. I shower here every morning before work and I don't want to be breathing in black mold... Hope they do something soon- it's a serious health code violation at this point.

He is extremely supportive, strong, humble, always has such high energy (idk how he does ), and true definition of a goal digger! What I love about Artillery Outlaws and his programming is that things are constantly refreshed and different and we aren't doing the same things all the time. Sometimes we focus on a certain movement or upper body etc. You walk in and you may not know what's the workout of the day but that's not something you need to worry about which is awesome! You go in, kick some ass and come back for more the next day! You go in and almost feel like dying but you're never alone and always have someone cheering you on! I remember the first week I went here and I was terrified everyday because of the intensity in everyone's faces but these wonderful girls I met there, Emma and Bailey told me to just keep coming!
