I spent $400 in this store on a black powder pistol kit. Upon getting it home I proceeded to…read moredismantle and clean it. In the kit I purchased , again for $400 was a nipple remover. The very 1st time I used it, the thing stripped out. The tips of each side of the nipple remover simply broke off thereby of course making it useless. So I called the store thinking they would not have issues in replacing a 10$ part for someone who had spent $400. The asst manager , who by the way is an arrogant smart mouth person with no regard to how the individual customer is treated. Upon letting him know what had happened and ask him to replace it. He began to quote " corporate rules" which if anyone else out there has been in this situation knows what that means. It's a bulls*@t way of telling you no. So me thinking the guy is being petty and if he realized that it would go public and that his bosses would find out, I told him I would post a review and write and email to corporate. The guy and I wish I could remember his name, but he did claim to be the asst manager. Anyway the guy literally started laughing and replies " I can give you their number that way to won't have to email them." Being a total smartass. Of course everyone will make their own decisions as to shop at this store. But as usual buyer beware. So Sportsman warehouse, P T Barnum himself would be proud of your business practices. As for myself I will never enter another Sportsman's warehouse again.

We needed something for our RV and decided to check out this location to see if they had it. While…read morewe were there, I found a great deal that I couldn't pass up on a sewer fitting. The price was so great, I even grabbed 2 of them. We had a credit to use from our membership so we added a few more items to our cart to make sure to get the biggest bang for our buck. Upon getting to the register to check out, we found that the sewer fittings were miss marked and we really were getting a super duper discount. They said their mistake was our gain and they honored the marked down price for our purchase. Not too many store are willing to look a decimal place off on the price and still give you a smile while ringing you up. I had to hand it to the clerk that she was very professional and friendly to deal with. Thanks to her, we had a great visit and will continue to shop at Camping World in the future.

Purchased an electrical adapter for my rv, was told my recept was saved in the computer. Long…read morestory short I lost the paper copy. Ended up not needing the adapter. Was never removed from the package. Return to the store and they were able to pull up my purchase in the computer. No issue. However refused to give me anything but a gift card because I didn't have the paper receipt. I specifically asked if I could use the receipt in the computer. Was told no problem. No thank you. I guess a $20 adapter was a cheap lesson. Won't happen again that's for sure. Rather order online

Not every bow shop knows everything about bows gear tuning etc. Many places sell you a bow put on a…read moresight, rest, d-loop set the bow at center shot and 90 degrees on your string and tell you all is set and well. As many of you know that is just the start of this not the end. These guys at bulls eye are good. They know how to set up bows and most importantly take the time to do it right and explain what they are doing to customers that don't already know. Pretty rare how much time they take. Just a bunch of nice people too. I am pretty good at all this stuff I know when I find a shot where the team knows what they are doing. These guys are dang good.

I recently bought a used compound bow off a decent fella here in Cheyenne. While I'm enthusiastic…read moreto get started, I have no clue regarding anything relating to compound bows. So I took everything I got into Wilbur at Bullseye Archery. I was up front with him, and he was more than patient with me. For being slammed on a Friday afternoon, he still took the time to adjust the draw length, put a new D-ring on the bow, raise the peep hole, and show me how to use my release trigger. He explained everything he was doing and why it was important. I felt pretty good about the experience by that point, but he was interested to see me shoot and talk me through some mechanics. So he cut a half dozen arrows to length and we stepped in back to let some fly. He complimented me on my first couple, then said to get out there and practice. Honestly, it was the best 30 minutes I've spent in a store of any kind in a very long time. Everything was a learning experience, and Wilbur is a great teacher even when his attention is divided among lots of customers.

Not only did they assemble my trike for a great price, but Tony also helped me load it on my modified motorcycle rack. He also spent the time to help with another modification to keep the exhaust from my car damaging the rear tires. Didn't even know that was a possibility! She bought it brand new and never road it. No one did. From sitting in the barn for 1.2 years, the tires were flat, and it needed new tubes. I can't express the kindness and quick service. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend this bike shop. I did Customer Service for over 30 years before retiring, so I am very aware of GOOD CS where ever I go and whomever I do business with.
