I usually write reviews to share great experiences, even when things aren't perfect, as long as people show effort and kindness. I came here for a small project with plans to purchase at least six slabs of quartzite over the next few months, plus several larger projects down the line. Albert assured me he'd send a photo and have my small piece cut the next day. Since then, I've called every day. On the second day, he didn't remember me. On the third, he didn't know what I needed, asked me to come back, and promised to call or text within 30 minutes -- but never did. I'm a loyal customer who likes to start small before committing to big projects. If a business treats the "small" jobs with respect, they earn the large ones. Unfortunately, this experience showed me the opposite. I won't be recommending this place, and I'll gladly wait to work with a company that values all customers, no matter the size of the project.

We had a small job, using a remnant to replace a wooden top on our vanity, which is a piece of furniture. Mariela showed us around the remnant area, offering a large selection and explaining the difference among granite, quartz, and marble. We chose the piece we wanted, and she marked off the side/corner area that we wanted to use. As the shop began work, Victor saw a flaw in the granite that had character but might be a risk to the piece in the future. We went to the shop and chose a different side/corner of this beautiful piece of granite. The turnaround time was fabulous! I called on a Friday, they came out to measure on the next Tuesday, they ordered a special color of silicone to go well with the granite, and they installed on the next Tuesday, maintaining excellent communication/check ins the whole time. Victor Sr. and Victor Jr. came to install, putting in the new sink and faucets (which we had supplied to them when they came out to measure), and they set it up perfectly for us, managing around a faucet and vessel sink that gave a bit of a challenge. We were thrilled with the quality, the turnaround time, the price, the professionalism, and the fact that we could support a small, family-run business.

They sold my client used granite at full price and didn't bother to clean it up or polish it. Still had caulk on the bottom. Next job they tried to sell cabinets to my client that I sent for a countertop. Trying to take business from me is unethical. The last straw was today when I called for a price on a particular granite, and they were $10 per square foot higher. I am taking my business elsewhere. I would avoid if you are a contractor or remodeler and think twice if you are a homeowner.
