I recently contracted All Service Floor Covering to do the vinyl in the main floor area of the house. I found the customer service provided during a visit in their showroom to be prompt and courteous (they stayed open a little longer to allow my family to visit) and they followed up multiple times during the project to ensure I was taken care of. While my job wasn't "big" at almost 700 sqft, they did knock it out with no hassle at all. I wasn't bumped for a bigger job or put on delay at all, from the time I walked in the store I was done in less than a week. The price was also fair and simply-explained. I took 4 quotes and All Service were the 3rd most affordable but the most readily available to work. The measurement was transparent and the broke down every single question my wife and I had so that we could make the best decisions for us and our home. No fluff, no bs, just answers to your questions and up front pricing. All service has me sold and I'll only use them for my floors from this point forward. read more

I had a relatively easy carpet job for my home and they did an outstanding job with the installation and the cost was very reasonable.

Unprofessional. Cold-hearted. Unapologetic. Horrible work. Took 3 weeks to complete, should have been a day. Missed scheduled appointment. Brandy and owner do not respond to phone calls or emails. Another invoice submitted and charged to credit card without my knowledge. Not even a phone call. The work is performed by subcontractors. The subcontractors response, "he not pay me for that." If you have a fireplace that has uneven stones, this company will not know how to install the flooring. A gap will be left all around the edges of the fireplace. Yet, the company keeps saying we are a family Christian business and been in business over 25 years. Consumer BEWARE. read more

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! This is the second time we have used this company and the last!! the first time was fine no issues from start to finish. Our toilet had a crack in our powder room and damaged the floor (less than 10 boards). We called to get an estimate and I know this kid (Austin) had to be in high school!! He was literally in my house 5 mins to provide me and estimate. He told me i would get an estimate by the end of the day. Two days late i had to call and spoke with Michaela and she was very rude and sent me the estimate the next day so now 4 days later. They initially told us $500 and we told them we have the products and after several calls and asking to speak with the manager/owner. Michaela finally said, "he will do it for $400" and we had to send the money and do a doc-u-sign before they do the work. Fast forward to installation day. They were supposed to be at my house between 8:00- 9:00. My husband took a half day off work and we waited and waited. Finally, at 10:27 we called, and Michaela said "oh they are finishing up a job from the day before and they can be at your house around 2:00!!!!! No call to let us know! Missed hours at work! We asked for the manager/owner and she said she would have him to call us and to this day ...no call! So now what are we to do? They have our money! So, we rescheduled, and they did show up and was supposed to also re-glue two boards that were loose from the first job. the boards are still loose and makes a popping sound when you walk on it! NOW THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT!! One of the workers asked if he could use the restroom and my husband specifically told him to use the one upstairs (full bathroom). He did, but 5 mins later, my husband find him in the master bedroom downstairs washing his hands. We thought that was odd since he used the restroom upstairs. After they left, my husband's wedding ring (30 years of marriage) AND his dad's ring (over 40 years) was missing off the counter in the master bath!!!! This is a routine where my husband puts it everyday when he arrives home from work. It's gone! Just like that!!! Needless to say, we called and literally begged for the owner to call us and told his daughter what happened. She said her dad is "in the ministry" and she runs the business. I'm not judging but a man of God would have at least called the customer to express some type of remorse. To this day no call from anyone! The headache and mental anguish they put us threw and the manager/owner refusing to call us is horrible! We will be calling our consumer friends over at channel 2 and the BBB. Maybe this will get them moving. I say all this to say. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!!! You don't need to deal with theft, missed appointments, inexperienced employees, rude receptionist and lastly no responses from the manager/owner!!! I called for a quote and got a prompt appointment. The guy came out and we told him we needed the one room done right away but was looking to do the whole house depending on price. he took all measurements and told us someone would email us a quote soon. after 2 weeks we still have not gotten a quote and even though we have called them we were promised the quote quickly after we had waited a week for it. I guess they did not want our business because they could not even give us a quote. The guy Tracy who came out was very friendly. but it is unprofessional to tell someone you will give them a quote and chose not to in the end. this has been a wasted 2 weeks as we were only going to go with them because of their reputation. obviously a lot of their online reputation must be manufactured and not real. read more

Terrible workmanship. This company was contracted out to do our flooring through a remediation company we used after our home had some water damage and we needed new floors installed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The first time they came out back in June, I was looking over the work before they left and found MULTIPLE spots where they never even secured the footing on the baseboard back where they belonged. A couple months after the work was done, we noticed a piece of flooring in our kitchen started to pick up. This was not due to water damage, simply poor installation. Someone came out to look and we were told they would call us to set up an appointment. That was never done and we eventually called them and they tried to tell us we were on the schedule for the next morning. Never received a phone call. When they did come out the next week to do the work, I was inspecting the floors before they left and noticed that they installed a piece of flooring with a chip on it. They had to redo most of their work. Again after reinspecting I noticed multiple places again where they never reattached the footing, didn't caulk it, they chipped my cabinets, and the footing pieces they did attach were all damaged. The job was eventually done correctly, but I'm not sure how any reputable company can stand by this work. Also if you do make a bad review of this company, be prepared for them to call you "ugly and dishonest". Please refer to their comments toward me on their Facebook page. read more

I have used this company on 2 occasions for carpet and floor tile installations. They have done a great job. I had an issue with my kitchen floor tile after only 8 months as a hairline crack appeared across 6 tiles. I was told it was due to settling. They came back and replaced the tiles and charged a nominal fee. I would definitely use this company again. read more

love my hardwood flooring that I bought from them and had them install this week.! I'd definitely recommend them based on great prices. On day one of looking at flooring at their shop, I met the owner of the store, who told me about his many yrs of flooring experience, and was very personable also. later that week, Chip came over and gave me an estimate for the flooring, and then the install team arrived on the day we had planned and installed the hardwood flooring this week. the floor is beautiful. So, I'd recommend them to anyone looking for great prices on hardwood flooring. read more

This company first off puts God as a front here. I am a very devoted Christan and I have never felt more hurt when he lied. He told me I was going to Hell in front of his family!! I have a house being redone with 1,575 hundred square feet. He told me with Eagle Creek Flooring it would be $6,400 with shoe molding an extra $300. Moving carpet and vinyl being only... $175. The next day he calls and tells me it's going to be $8,400. He measured my house wrong after the fact I have had 3 other companies measure and did not add another 300 feet from somewhere... This man Steve is a very bad person! I will make sure I call everyone I know to tell them he need the true God and stop lying to people. read more

Avoid this business. They have no conception of customer service. Communication from them is very poor - they do not call the customer to let them know if/why delivery is delayed. Have plenty of excuses when your carpet does not arrive. read more
