The day before my appointment I sent a text to the company contact asking if the appointment would need to be rescheduled due to anticipated rain and thunder storms the next day. I was told that the owner confirmed that the appointment would still be on. (P.S. this is how they communicate with you. Should have been a warning for me.) The next day, I rescheduled my entire work day around this appointment. The appointment time came and went and not even a text telling me that that they were going to be late or not showing up. Finally at 6 pm, I texted and asked if there was a problem and asked if they would reschedule. I then was given some excuse about forgetting to reschedule with me. After another full week of flooding in my basement due to drainage issues, I call the company again to see if I could reschedule. They text me (again, no actual time speaking to a person) to say that their next earliest appointment would be March 6...almost a month later! So you are telling me that a potential client who you flaked on is asking to reschedule and you won't even try to fit them in any sooner than a month? Ok, you have now lost a customer who was a definite sale. Do yourself a favor and don't even call these people. All you will get is no work, a flooded basement, and a string of texts from someone from the company.

They will do as little work as possible and most likely like at my home more damage. They are dishonest and know chances of you needing them again are rare. They will drag the job out and get as much money from you and your insurance company, manipulation to make a profit. They will not bring your home back to existing condition or better. They left my house after a year dirty, broken windows, uneven drywall , no straps to hold insulation under house and YES they used random pieces of R value probably leftovers from another job and which the insulation is falling down in my crawl space. They will not permit unless caught by code enforcement and did not get a final inspection approved. It's just amazing they are still in business.
