Good afternoon, Travis and Staci have a great business for anybody looking to remodel. They do many different surfaces. For myself, they resurfaced with epoxy the garage floor. Travis and Staci were extremely knowledgeable and eager to show me a wide range of different ideas for my floor. I looked at an arrangement of colors like Orange, green, blue and white (U of Florida), and then blue, gold, black and white (UCLA), no not red and mustard, though they did offer, but, yeah that wasn't happening. I settled on a speckled floor of blue, black, white and Gray. Like I said they were willing to sit with me and try different patterns until I was happy. Patient and funny. They have a showroom with a plethora of ideas. It is also a good substitute if you are looking for something other than granite or marble in the house, or outside. The week came when the job was scheduled, and because we had a medical emergency they were very compassionate and helpful to reschedule pretty quickly (the following week). Travis and his sidekick, Jeremy, were prompt and friendly with their work. Everything went as scheduled. They were clean and the job was left cleaner after both the first and second days. Travis came the third day to make sure everything was cleaned up, picked up, and looking good. It does take a couple days to set. It is a job that is best left alone by us that don't know anything. They are eager to explain everything and also patient with their answers. The hardest part is I couldn't use my credit card (unless I wanted to pay the percent charge). Staci has many other ways of paying that are quite simple. I have included some before and after pictures. I have to be honest, of all the garages I have seen, from the do-it-yourself to other companies, Artisan Design is the best I've seen. And now that I have it in my own house, I am extremely happy with my choice. The whole process was made easy and painless from the beginning to the end. Artisan Design Concepts was referred to me by a client after I talked to her about my sad experience in trying to find a new countertop for a remodel that I was doing at my place of business. I didn't hesitate in connecting with Artisan because I figured a local business would be much happier to do business with me. I got responses right away and was able to set up a consultation asap. The design in my head was inspired by a piece of granite that I had seen but was too imperfect to buy. I described this granite to Staci as best as I could. With her true artistic ability, she was able to envision and assemble the first sample of epoxy for me to see. I was beautiful but we both agreed, it needed just a little more "something." She worked up another design for me and even though it was only slightly different, it was PERFECT!! I was so happy to see that this beautiful piece of art was going to be in my place. Staci was able to use my lame description and my idea of how to make it unique and personal to me. I wish I had found Artisan a lot sooner. The epoxy countertop looks so real, like a soft and warm piece of granite, but for a fraction of the price! And the experience of getting to see how it's made was so fun!! They deliver AND install too!! I highly recommend doing business with Staci and everyone at Artisan Design Concepts. Their showroom is worth checking out as well. I recently had my master bathroom countertops and tub surround manufactured and installed by Artisan Design Concepts. Their work and attention to detail is impecabble. Staci, the owner and designer, is so creative and really understands the look I was going for. The team was efficient and careful when doing the installation. I could not have been happier with the final results. Additionally, I really liked that they make everything on site, and I was asked to come see the process while they were actually doing the pour so I could tweak something if needed (which it wasnt). Lastly, when I started the remodel and thought I was going to use quartzite on the counters, it was virtually impossible to hire & schedule anybody to do the fabrication. Everyone was so busy and nobody was able to take on new clients. Artisan Design Concepts was not only AVAILABLE, but their prices were reasonable and they could do the manufacturing and installation on MY schedule. I highly recommend them. read more
