I've had to use a knee/leg brace for many months after multiple surgeries for the past 12 years. My current brace was built specifically for me. Manjiro was so thorough in all aspects of fitting me for the brace and how to wear it correctly once it was delivered to the clinic. Manjiro told me to come back when I could find a pair of shoes to fit the foot portion of the brace. I promptly went to a shoe store, bought a pair of appropriate shoes, and went right back to the clinic to have him check the shoe and brace for a proper fit. Norma had no problems letting me come back to the office after I had been gone for about 40 minutes. She has always been so very understanding and kind when I've needed help. She made appointments for me with great care and kindness. She called me quickly when she found out about delays with the manufacturer for the prosthetic device. She also double-checked with me and my insurance company to make sure that I knew what my financial obligation, if any, was due from me. Manjiro and Norma have always been very professional and caring to me with my individual needs. I would highly recommend using this clinic for medical prosthetic care.

I only had them a little over six months…read moreand the toe section is already wearing very thin, thin enough that I could actually feel the threads that were sewn in the bottom of the shoe. When I went back and showed them asking why it wore out so fast, they said this was very typical and they could remake me new orthotics for $400 more or simply redo the toe part which would've been $200! I said this was totally unacceptable and that these orthotics should've lasted a lot longer. Chuck claimed that this is the material they use but clearly in my mind, it was poor quality to pay that much and have them wear out so quickly. Chuck finally offered to remake the toe part at no cost which I think he should've offered in the beginning. But I declined thinking that if the quality was this poor, I'm only going to have the same problem six months from now and then once again have to pay to have them remade. I have no intention of going back to this clinic, because I think they're more interested in making profits rather than helping their patients.

First of all the facility is absolutely beautiful and perfectly designed for kids, very colorful with lots of toys for entertainment. Barb was so welcoming and kind to me, and I had to bring my rambunctious 7 year old daughter to the appt also, not only was she patient with my kids when they were acting wild during the appt, she made my daughter feel seen and welcomed even though we were there for my son who has cerebral palsy and requires leg braces to correct his muscle and bone issues. I asked tons of questions and was curious about different treatments for my son, not only did she answer every single question, she explained it in a way that made complete sense to me. She also volunteered to reach out to my son's neurologist and physical therapist to see if there's any other treatments that we might be able to do to help his muscle tone. In my opinion, Barb went above and beyond the call of duty, and made a lasting impact on myself, and without a doubt my son's future. Thank you so much for your care, concern, and compassion. Decided to pop in here and drop a thank you to Dr. Nancy Harris, who was not my OB-GYN initially (I…read morego to Dr. Andrew Carter), but who partnered with my OB and was the doctor on call during my delivery at Honor Health Shea. I'm an emergency physician, and I knew things were progressing a little fast when I suddenly and unexpectedly blasted from 3 cm to 10 cm and crowning over the period of 3 hours during an induction. Dr. Harris was promptly there and her chill manner made the entire experience very relaxing for everyone involved. She even let my non-medical husband do the actual delivery - and the delivery went so smoothly that my own OB cleared me to jump back on the Peloton immediately (I gave it a week). I met with Dr. Ketha who said we could check for hormone levels to make sure they were progressing normally, and addressed my concerns. So far, every person from the receptionist, PA, and Dr have been so empathetic to how stressful pregnancy can be for a 37 yr old. They've addressed my concerns and really made me feel comfortable and less anxious. I'm so glad that I found this office during my time of need. 2nd review... I'm still very pleased with this OB clinic and their commitment to serve their patients. Minimal wait times always. Dr. Ketha only delivers at Honor Health Sonoran. Their facilities are new and clean and the staff was so great! The tour was very informative and really put my doubts at ease. They ask you about your birthing plan and leave options open for medication. I trusted both my nurses and decided last minute when pain was at an 8 to take the epidural. I was so pleased with my whole birthing experience. They were so understanding and supportive of what I wanted and needed every minute. Great communication throughout. I don't know that that is something to be proud of or ashamed of, but it is what it is. I've mostly been going for shoulder pain, but also for a calf injury... I've been seeing Kristina Lott as my Physical Therapist and I highly recommend her. Nate Snell is also fabulous, but Kristina's schedule jives well with my need to come in early mornings. The front office and support crew are all friendly -- even when I go before 7am, which is impressive. Shout out to Kat, who keeps me in check with the exercises that Kristina prescribes. I'm hoping to graduate from this bout of visits in the near future, but if and when I need to return for PT, Endurance Rehab will always be my first choice of places to go. Since my last review, and when recovering from a calf injury, I was able to utilize the onsite G-Trainer anti-gravity treadmill.  It was super cool and definitely aided in my recovery. Now I'm doing rehab for my knee arthroscopy. Their facility is beautiful and gentle, well-trained dogs roam around the staff and patients. They have a manual therapy philosophy, which means that their skilled physical therapists work the muscles and other tissue with their bodies before you are asked to do your strengthening and rehab exercises. Their therapists are exceptionally well trained and even their techs know exactly what needs to be done, from prep to positioning. I highly recommend T.O.P.S. Physical Therapy!

Then I continued on to my exercises with a student who was very helpful. My second appt a week later I was with a different PT who spent less than 5 min on me, no cupping or additional therapy. Then I was on my own to do my exercises which I hardly remembered so I had to approach one of the students for help. I found this odd because I've been to physical therapy before and had a more hands on experience from the staff. Repeat all of this on my third visit. Had another different PT who spent more time with me than the second one but once that care was over I was on my own. Then on my fourth visit I had yet another different PT, even though my appts were at the same date/time each week. I did some looking on Reddit and folks in the PT community refer to places like these as "mills" which it totally felt like. The nail in the coffin for me was getting charged for a needling service (recommended by one of the physical therapists there) even though at no point was I informed that it was an additional cost. Bummed out because the location was convenient and staff was kind, I just think the way the place is run could be more patient-focused.
