We were seated and got drinks quickly. I got a half rack of pork ribs with a side salad and coleslaw, and the person I was with got a full rack with coleslaw and mac and cheese. The side salad was good, and came before the meal. A variety of dressings were available and was served on the side. The coleslaw was the creamy kind (instead of vinegar) and was good as well. The ribs were tender and generously sized. Even with the half rack I ended up taking some home. I wasn't a huge fan of the bbq sauce served on the side but they had a great rub on them so they didn't really need sauce. They also had a full drink menu, complete with local beers and 30 oz margaritas. Overall, a hearty lunch in a great location.

Meat was tender, flavorful and beans were good and the bbq sauce and toppings put a different and unique taste that was perfect! Service was quick and they were all very friendly! The pulled pork got the at the table sauce treatment and the potato roll is a good foil for lightly smoked pork. The brisket was wonderful and full of flavor. The coleslaw was tangy and fresh, the Mac and cheese creamy and flavorful. This is not one of the big chains, it's a small local operation, so let's keep them going and keep a good bbq smoking!
