Marina did my , hair after she blow dried my hair I saw it was very blotchy and looked like I needed a touch up and was bled through the foils , I complained and said I would have never paid 300 for it if I had seen my hair before I was told paid I would have never paid had I seen my hair before hand that was my mistake. Marina told me that she did nothing wrong and that she would not fix it .I complained to Teri the owner she told me to make an appointment and she would have marina fix it for free then when it came to my appointment she refused to fix it with out myself paying more for her stylist to correct their mistakes. Very very unprofessional. Argued with me saying that it's just my opinion on my hair and that is that refused to give myself any kind of refund to go get it fixed somewhere else . Marina did a fantastic job on my hair color. I had a consultation with her about my current hair situation and she came up with different ways we could correct it. Marina set realistic expectations from the moment I sat down. The day of my appointment Marina was ready for me right at my scheduled time. I showed her pictures of the color I wanted and she was able to achieve the look with her touch. The salon is very nice, clean and the women are so helpful. Being my first time at their salon they showed me every area and made me feel right at home in my new salon. There was the cutest hot chocolate bar that had the best toppings to choose from! For starters ASK FOR DAWN, she is just amazing. At first I was really not interested in going here, until my friend brought me to one of their open house's. She introduced me to Dawn M, who by the way is AMAZING! Her personality reels you in and she makes you feel right at home! On top of her great personality she is amazingly talented! When I walked in today my hair was hopeless and she most defiantly fixed it. I was extremely nervous but she explained how the WHOLE hair cut would go before she made any changes to it, and also explained why she cut it the way she did. I have been going to Rebecca for almost 10 years and she does AMAZING work on blondes. She knows the perfect color for your skin type. Today was my first visit but absolutely not my last! Terri cut and styled my hair, Lisa did my mani/pedi and I couldn't be happier! The salon is clean and designed beautifully, the people genuinely friendly. There was no uncomfortable selling of hair products (I will buy whatever she used on my hair though, because it's awesome!) and no ridiculous up-charging for my nails which is routine in other salons. I shopped at two other places after my appointment and already had strangers complimenting my hair. I'm so happy to have found 'my place'. I highly recommend this salon. read more

Landon is fabulous! She is full of knowledge and has the best interest in mind for her clients.
