Toni had just finished up a wedding hairdo so it did take awhile to begin but once she got going, she dedicated herself to her work. Another customer came in while I was in the seat and she miraculously fit her in while still giving me the attention I needed (she alternated us on the driers etc). Toni was personable and even made me a cup of coffee. After she was through, she made sure to show me how she styled it. I plan on returning to Image Artistic. After a modest 10 minute wait which was no problem, she then proceeded to take 7 total minutes to cut my son's hair and completely disregarded what he asked for, making it way too short and thinned out. She didn't let him see the mirror while working and he didn't notice how much she was taking off. When he got done, he walked out to the lobby with the most dejected look on his face, and understandably so as his hair looked awful. I said what happened, she replied that he asked for 3 inches off the top, and then my son said no, I asked for a half inch off the top and a number 3 on the sides with a blend. Her response: "Well I don't know what you want me to do about it now." No apology, no empathy, no offer to try and help fix it. All with the store manager watching while cutting another customer's hair and not getting involved. I paid the full price with no tip, saying "thanks a lot for ruining my kid's hair and not apologizing." Her response verbatim: "F#&k you!". Again manager did nothing. Don't come to this dumpster fire and expect to be treated like a customer.
