She actually even started to say that my family has been a burden on "them". The blonde lady nurse was nice enough to hold my hand when I received the numbing for my tooth, she was like a " mom" and talked to me - it was calming and the dr reassured me for my treatments. He did half the job and charged me $250.00 although I had Insurance. (The fee was never discussed before the procedure.) I paid the amount and delayed seeing him till yesterday. I called his office on Tuesday, the 29th for an emergency visit and was granted an appointment at 12N. (July 30,2025) I reached there around 11:30 as I was parking my car I received a call from the receptionist informing me that my appointment had to be rescheduled because they have "equipment problems". I said I am already at the door and all I needed was for him to look at my tooth (10 seconds) to see if I am infected. I was in pain. She agreed and I walked in. There was one patient waiting, she was taken in, and as I am sitting there, two more patients walked in. One after the other they were taken in. The "equipment trouble" was a big lie. I sat there for two hours and finally walked out and called the receptionist and told her how I felt about the situation. She apologised to me. If the Dr. did not want to see me due to any reason, all he had to inform me was he was busy. I went there with an appointment. I always felt that he was very unprofessional and rude and no manners. He is an immigrant like I am. I do not know what I did to him to hate me. He is hungry for MONEY. If you notice, majority of the positive reviewers are all females. That first visit, I was brought to a chair immediately as soon as I walked into the office. The second visit, I was brought to a chair within 5 minutes. He was very communicative informing me what he was going to do every step of the way. His bedside manner was beyond my expectations. I've been lucky enough to not have needed much dental work (got a full mouth of chicklets) but after my cleaning in July, I ended up experiencing some sort of discomfort on one side on my mouth on & off for a few months so I thought (nervously) I better get it checked out! Went in about a week & a half ago & he gave me the possibilities of what was happening (I googled the symptoms beforehand & was getting nervous that a root canal - my first ever - was coming in the near future - YIKES!!) He told me he would know more after removing the old filling & he decided to try fillings & bonding to start - probably because he saw the look of terror when he said "extract" or "root canal"!! He also told me what to expect & that I should give the tooth about one week to settle down & he was completely right about that! I'm not 100% sure that fillings will solve the problem but the aching seems to have subsided for now so I'm gonna ride it out & see what happens. I am unable to floss where the work was done so I left a message for a follow up visit in hopes that it's an easy fix. If not, I can always update my Yelp review... lol! P.S. If you don't hear back from me in a week or two with an update, it all went well!! ;-)
