Wanted to add that he called to let me know they were muzzling rory while I was out of the country because my mother was on her deathbed. When I explained this he said "not my problem". Dr. Jiao examined him, and while we were waiting for lab results in the sitting area, Mr. P suddenly went limp and stopped breathing in my arms. Dr. Jiao immediately performed chest compressions and successfully revived him. As I type this, we're still not sure if Mr. P will make it through, he's in critical condition, and the next 24 hours will be telling. I just wanted everyone to know how incredible Dr. Jiao is. His quick action and expertise saved our little guy today.

She responded to my initial email request from their site pretty quickly and then was SUPER responsive. She came on a really short notice to meet my two cats and grab a set of my keys and I felt comfortable after meeting her - she's super friendly and nice and seems to really love cats. I had her come twice over the weekend to feed and play with them (and do some light litterbox cleaning) and she could not have been better! Each visit was $25 all in and she keeps you updated with texts and photos and even videos. It was really nice to see my cats in action while I was missing them and see how well taken care of they were. Dami even cleaned and washed their food bowls without being asked!
