This greatly damaged the interior of the doors. Additionally, the house was built in 1994, and the exterior of the doors had been damaged from sun exposure and weather over time. Antelope Trail was recommended by another contractor that we had paint the exterior of the house, so we gave them a call. Travis was able to switch around his schedule to fit us in before my parents came in for the holidays. He completely refinished the exterior and walked my wife and I through the entire process. It came out perfectly! The doors basically look brand new... he gave great advice on color choices, finishes, etc. In the end the doors look great. The interior was more of an issue. The padlock rigging had done a lot of damage to the door and Travis tried to fix this with some oak plugs, but it didn't look quite right. So, he literally went and took a class to learn a different touch-up method. Upon completion, he came back and redid the interior (free of charge) and it looks almost as good as new! Super-friendly, super-trustworthy and very good at what he does. I would recommend to anyone looking to refinish or repair any door/furniture that may need a "refresh."

There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

Our master suite bathroom was a typical 5 pieces - large garden tub, small shower, toilet and double sinks. We've been in the house for 10+ years and have used the tub twice - both times was to wash the dogs. It was time for a new bathroom. I called 3 places for bids and one of them was All About Bathrooms. Based on Jim's suggestion we removed the tub all together in favor of a large walk-in shower. The entire process with Jim and crew was painless. We are extremely happy with our new bath room. Our next projects are the remodel of the guest bathroom and the kitchen cabinets replacements which we will call on Jim again. Their proposed solution was simply to provide the hardware we originally chose -- but they refused to address the damage caused to our closet as a result of the incorrect hardware being installed. Jann is quick to initiate projects without meaningful discussion of budget expectations or realistic ballpark figures. We were told "it will be around X thousand for now," only to later receive contracts totaling tens of thousands more. There was no proactive financial transparency. Marissa did not acknowledge or apologize for the issues we encountered, which added to the frustration. When you are making a significant investment in your home, you expect professionalism, communication, and integrity. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I liked the fact that my payment through Showplace covered the general contractor, tile contractor , paint, floor, cabinets and stone countertops. I felt i had recourse if one of the contractors didn't do their best. Her design acumen was amazing. Tremendous use of space, excellent tradesmen, and Jann's keen eye to ensure that all trades did their best. If it was not, she made sure they did. There were a few calls to contractors to come back and fix or repair. There were a few delays, but these things happen in real life. With any project with lots of moving parts, there are unforeseen problems, or delays.. Factory delays, shipping mistakes, ordering mistakes.... It happens. If you combine these delays with changes we made along the way, deadlines are pushed out.... In the end, the product turned out amazing. Our project was quite large. Removal of a load bearing wall, moving of extensive plumbing and electrical and structural work. Combining of two rooms into 1 large kitchen..... It was several months of work, but the final product is worthy of a magazine. Truly amazing. (In fact we have been asked to have our kitchen be featured in a design magazine photo shoot. ). We gave her a list of wants and needs and we had several renditions of changes to get what we wanted. It was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. The end goal was to deliver a dream kitchen. Goal Attained. The final litmus test Jann used was: " Will this add value to your house" if it was too bold, she would tell you it was not a good choice. ( This was confirmed by a few realtor friends of our) Her contractor Tom Echols is a master carpenter with amazing talent. All permits were passed with ease and the work quality and joinery is top notch. I helped with some of the heavy work, and I could see that he is very thorough. Structural, Electrical and Mechanical , Finish Carpentry.. No Problem.... Jann has a strong personality, she knows her stuff and is not afraid to tell you., she challenged us several times on what we should do vs what we thought we should do. I often pushed back but l I hate to say it, but she was right, everything turned out AMAZING in the truest sense of the word.. I am not a designer, she is. Jann is a high energy dynamo, but she knows her stuff. Our project added 2-3 times cost of the project in home appreciation value.
