He helped with color selection and the decision process. He came back after the job was done to help me rehang shelves and offered to help me rehang pictures. He also came back to do any touchups that I felt were needed. He wanted to make sure that I was 100 percent satisfied. Additionally, I had replaced the ceiling fans after the job was already done. Unfortunately, within a few months, several quality issues began to appear. Screws started popping out, deck boards began lifting, and some of the boards and railing showed signs of deterioration. I sent multiple texts and emails, including photos documenting the problems. To their credit, they responded to one text and sent someone out to secure a completely loose floorboard that, surprisingly, had never been screwed down. However, after that visit, my additional attempts to contact them went unanswered. I even asked that they simply let me know if they had no intention of addressing the problems, but I did not receive the courtesy of a response. At this point, it appears I will need to hire another company to repair their work. Chuck Kurth, one of the owners of Two Brothers Residential, Maintenance and Service Corporation, presented himself as knowledgeable and reputable before I hired the company, which made this experience especially disappointing. A contractor's reputation is built not only on the initial job but also on standing behind their work. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. As a result, they will not be receiving any future business from me, and I would not recommend them to others in my HOA.
