The situation : My Deck is old and needed restaining. I saw Two Brothers van working on another house in my hood and just asked for thier business card. I did not talk to my neigbour but I decided to call them and it was the right call. Appointment and initial service : 5 Stars Initial appointment was easy and quick. The initial call to Chuck was helpful and easy. He came out and look at my deck and gave me an estimates promtply. Time of work : 5 Stars The estimated a day to 1 day for the work to be completed the crew came out and was delayed a couple of times due to weather. Quality of work: 4 Stars They took care of the deck just as they quoted. Quality of work overall is good but there were stain on a small part of the wall. While this is expected but if part of the wall were not stained this will be a 5 star rating. Pricing: 4 Stars I do believe they are at the reasonable end of the cost structure. The pricing seems honest and fair. Can I find someone cheaper, sure butI think you'll comprise in other area Bottomline : - I think they do a good job and will most likely return to them if I need other service or paint service relate to deck, fence or painting. We had a 6 ft. privacy fence and pergola that needed staining. We called Two Brothers, within the week they had Nick out to our house to go over their processes and procedures and he measured to give us an estimate. They were very competitive with pricing so we booked them. For the fence we went with Pecan, however, the pergola was previously stained so we had to choose a solid stain. Chuck had a sample sent out to our house so I could see the 2 colors I was tying to decide between. Having those actual samples was amazing since it is hard for me to look at a picture and feel like I get the "real picture" of how it will look. On the day of the project, they had a crew of 5 or 6 guys out for our job. They were on time and very detailed. They took their time in prepping the area and made sure that everything was taped off so nothing got on the house. They were very efficient! After they were done, they walked the job with us to answer any questions and make sure that there were no spots that we saw that were missed. The detail with the crew was amazing! Chuck and team helped us with a much needed paint job of our full exterior, including our two outside decks and one enclosed deck. The house looks wonderful. Chuck always answered any of my questions. We had a bit of a rain after they finished part of our job, which left wet leaf marks in our wet paint, but Chuck immediately responded and the team came back to fix it right away. Two Brothers came out to do my deck a few weeks ago. Just after it was powerwashed it looked almost brand new! With a fresh coat of stain it looks amazing! The crew was very tidy, they tarped around my house and plants to ensure stain wasnt getting where it didn't belong, and they were nice! While their prices aren't the lowest around, the quality it definitely worth is. I plan to use Two Brothers this winter for snow removal as well! read more

Price was very good, work was great and service was above and beyond. Had them work on our deck and weather didn't cooperate too well but they came out and worked on a holiday but the guys didn't seem to mind and were very nice and thorough. We had Two Brothers power wash and stain our deck. The gentlemen who did the job were excellent. We had troubles with companies in the past but none of that appeared here. Two Brothers' price was competitive and near the bottom of the bids we received. Two Brothers can do carpentry very well but, if you need any wood replaced, you might want to get a quote from a handymen. Been using Two Bro's for a decade. Always satisfied with the work and they way they handle business. Recently, I had an issue with some touch up stain I applied. Although, it was totally my faulty and had nothing to do with them, Chuck really took care of me and helped me out. They really appreciate long term customers and it shows in how my mistake was absorbed into their busy schedule. I have referred them to several of my neighbors over the years and I see by the sign out front that all of them continue to have Two Bro's re-stain every few years, so it's safe to say they are happy with their service as well. read more
