I originally had my appointment scheduled for a Saturday morning, just when we were expecting a big snowstorm to hit Asheville. I worried that I'd have to skip my appointment and go on an upcoming trip with less-than-decent-looking hair, but to my surprise Teresa called me on the Thursday morning before and asked me if I could come in that night to get my hair done pre-storm. She would have been off that afternoon and evening, but to avoid missed appointments - and an influx of unhappy, haircut-needing people, Teresa stayed at the salon (late) and got all her Saturday appointments in on Thursday. -The salon has a really great atmosphere!
