They didn't use a light to examine my face for impurities, they never removed blackheads, toner or serum. They just felt like they kept using the same foaming cleansing stuff over and over again. They wrapped my face in a warm towel while they laid some flimsy eye patches over my eyes so they could massage my neck and feet. Overall the experience reminded me of an old run down Chinese restaurant that turned into a spa. I would not recommend wasting your time or money on this place.

We had small and large requests, and all of them were either met, or a good work around was found. The general manager, Jackie, met with us on our initial visit and helped us come up with a plan that included the therapies of interest. We met Maegan, the nurse practitioner who is in charge of all the infusions. I think it is such a benefit for the clients to know there is a nurse practitioner on premise. Meagan was able to explain the different infusion options and their benefits. We felt very comfortable with our selections, knowing that Maegan had a plan on how to administer these infusions in the best possible manner. An option I'd never heard of was a "facial" for your scalp. It was basically a deep cleaning to remove all the buildup of hair products and oils that your shampoo leaves behind. It was an easy, and actually enjoyable treatment. You will be amazed at the amount of product residue they can remove from your scalp and your head will feel so clean at the end of the treatment!! This place also offers, cryotherapy, red light therapy , IR sauna, an oxygen chamber and several other options. I really enjoyed how they helped me take care of myself!! I will definitely return.

The front desk sounds like they're whispering in your ear and they're very disorganized. Then less than 3 hours before my husband and my massages, I get a rambling voicemail from the front desk that my husband's massage therapist, Andrea Z, can actually only do 50 minutes because of wrist pain, so he'd be waiting half an hour for me to finish...not feeling full faith in someone who has wrist pain giving a quality deep tissue massage. I let them know the late notice was very inconvenient because we would've just gotten booked somewhere else, and asked for the manager to call me back, or to try calling someone else in who could support the appointment. About an hour before the appointment - no call back from the manager, so I call. The front desk person at the spa says "she went ahead and just changed his to 50 minutes (even though that was not agreed) and that she couldn't have the manager call me back - 'that's up to the manager who's in another building so it's outside her control.'" Just a lot of incompetence, poor customer service, and disorganization on their side. Customer's have to cancel before 7pm ET the day before for a full refund. But the spa can give 3 hours notice? Not cool.

I was recommended to try this spa as they cater to a group of fitness clients with similar aches and pains. I came here twice and was amazed at the skill of the therapists Rachel and Laura. They were both precise, could feel the knots, and would work the tender areas in a way that was bearable and effective at reducing the soreness. By the end of my trip, my shoulder was in great shape and the spasms in my lower back had stopped. What relief!! This spa also offers facials and mani/pedis. The staff here is so friendly and they use/sell the Eminence line of product which are all natural. This isn't a full experience resort spa, but these therapists more than make up for a lack of amenities as they are some of the best.

No biggie, we instead opted to stack our appointments in the only way that was available: a massage and a facial at 9:30, and another massage and facial at 10:30. The morning of our appointments at 8:30, an hour before our appointments, they called to tell us their facial person had a fever. Our other option was getting a facial at 11 or at 2. We decided to cancel entirely. If you are claiming to be a spa, I'd assume there'd be multiple employees available to service various needs. I also find it ridiculous that they have a 24 hour cancellation policy, however we were only given an hour notice of our facials being canceled.
