There was a variety of color options for shellac (gel) and regular polish. My shellac manicure cost $35 which is normal for this area. Appointments are required, but clients can text the salon! As a millennial, I love that. Carol takes pride in cleanliness and sanitation, and educates her clients on nail health. She really understands the laws and regulations, and follows them. Things such as giving each client a new buffer, using a new nail filer for each client, and keeping her tools in a sanitation liquid, etc. She does not use jetted tubs for pedicures. Stale water from the previous pedicure sits in the jets and contaminates the next clients water! This I knew previously as it is the same as jacuzzis in hotels. I have definitely found my new salon.

Not only was this not the service I asked for, but she was removing my nails by lodging clippers and cuticle clippers in between me real nail and acrylic and cut my skin AND cut down the middle of some of my real nails leaving them split and injured. When I told her she was hurting me, she giggled and walked off. I was then sent to the man next to her who also tried doing this same process. Even after requesting to just soak them off, he came back with the response of "Can you let me try first". This resulted in him doing the same as the girl before which led to 2 more nails being injured. I finally just asked for my nails to just be left bare so I didn't risk any infection by putting acrylic on top. When expressing concerns and discomfort, I received groans and slightly disrespectful comments that left me uncomfortable. Overall, my experience wasn't good and wouldn't recommend this place to people, especially to those with sensitive nails.
