You could sample any drink from any of the local bars and pubs and I even saw a micro. Food ranged from Crab cakes to Ribs from NC to everything in between. Music flowed from bars and pubs and some were even staged outside. Got to see a Jersey Shore/Philly band there called STELLAR MOJO who were great. Hip hop, top 40, rap, You name it they did it, TIP: Don't wear heels. Lots of cobblestones.

While I wasn't totally disappointed, I was underwhelmed. The music was good. The food ranged from good to excellent. After a day of hard raining, only a few parts of the field were muddy. There were also rides from a traveling carnival, which allowed for some much needed break times between feedings (of the adults, not kid). Lines were very long for some food, and no where could we find sliced brisket...odd, considering it's a BBQ fest. But anything you wanted fried could be had here: oreos, cornbread, pickles...you name it. All in all, I'd go again. But I think my anticipation for what this event would be far outweighed what it actually was or meant to be.

Once movie started at correct time we noticed people coming in about 15-30 minutes after and the late people demanded the manager to restart the movie.... So about 30 minutes into the movie we already started, he started it over for them vs them just coming to a different time. Inconveniencing the people that actually arrived on time.... They did give us a gift card for the inconvenience so everything was handled but I just feel like since it was a new movie with so many show times they could of just been moved to the next showing since some people are running on a time limit.

The concession associates are usually friendly. Sadly, only two people working the concession stand on Saturday when we were there to see Spider-Man and it was chaos. The people coming in tried to walk directly to the food area when there were already people in line. The associates at the registers act like they would rather be somewhere else every time we are there. This time was no exception and the associate forgot to ring up our drinks. When I showed her my receipt and that the icees and water were not on the receipt, she acted like we were bothering her. I was shocked to learn the Icees are now almost $10 each. I think that is ridiculous and the owners should reconsider how much they are charging. People are trying to bring their families to the movies and who can afford $10 icees if you have a few kids or kids and their friends?? Spent $50 just on concessions.... Of course we didn't have to buy snacks, but who wants to go to a movie and not have popcorn and treats?? I understand it's a personal decision of what you buy or even going to the movies, but just wanted to make others aware that the prices at this location are high. I believe the Icees at Cinemark near the Christiana Mall are around $5 and they also have combos with popcorn, candy, and drinks. That's where we're going next time!
