Inside out: The location is small without a large parking lot in front but there is plenty of parking on the right side of the shared building. Service: I was having an extremely bad day I needed to get my wedding ring cut off (as most I had a bit of weight gain during the pandemic) and it had been a while since I could get it off. I was embarrassed and worried, I thought about going to the fire station since that is where it was recommended to get it removed at no charge. From the minute I interacted with them they were friendly, informative, and compassionate. Their uplifting attitude and helpful tips have me leaving feeling more comfortable and confident it was going to be okay. I am so glad I did not get it removed elsewhere! They told me to come back to get it sized when I was ready and a good time frame to do so. I am so pleased with the service I will be going back 100% for all my jewelry needs. read more

I love Artsmiths! Classic mom and pop shop. Nothing fancy but they're honest, fair, nice and get the job done. I love that it's 3 mins from my house and they have good hours. Most of the time they are able to just fix little things while I stand right there. I always make sure to grab a homemade catnip toy for $5 too, the money goes to spay and neuter. Heard they are retiring and closing in FEB, sooo sad about this. No idea where I'll go next! But they have my biz until that time comes. read more

My family has gone to Artsmiths for close to 30 years. They have repaired and resized jewelry, replaced watch batteries, and polished our jewelry. They also have a small collection of jewelry for sale in the shop. They folks that run the store are honest and trustworthy. They wont price-gouge you-- they're very fair in the cost of their services. Since they only have a few employees, repairs are resizing could take more lead time than you may expect, but in-store services like battery replacements and ring cleanings are pretty fast. I will always go here for my jewelry upkeep needs. They're really the best. P.S. to respond to the only 1-star review: If you're looking for a sparkling showroom and champagne, this is not your shop! I had a complete senior moment this morning while putting touch up paint on my car, I managed to open the paint on the wrong end and emptied it into both my hands completely covering my Mom's wedding and 10 year anniversary rings that I've worn since losing her to cancer 3 years ago I immediately called and they told me to bring them in. I've not had them off, even for a minute! Took them in around noon and I just picked them up. I can't even begin to express my gratitude guess the universe was telling me they needed a good cleaning I'm grateful beyond words!! Even today, I had broken a pin in my watch; I walked in; a lady reviewed what needed to be done with me, walked it over to a man fixing jewelry; he fixed it and handed the watch back to me; all in less than 10 min. and zero cost. When we bought my wedding ring (a Lee Reed piece), I wanted a matching band for the ceremony. Walking into artsmiths, youre greeted with dim light, and dingy enviroment. We recieved MINIMAL attention, while the staff members sat behind the counter and discussed the TV show they were watching. When we finally could get the person over to pull out a display for us ( needed a closer look, considering how dim and dingy the enviroment is) she put it on the counter and walked away. The experience I had was not great. I brought my diamonds into be made into a necklace. The shop doesn't seem to be up to date with modern jewelry designs! Not only did they recommend a white gold chain that was dull and looked tarnished now against my diamonds, I had to go down 2 times to do the math and show them what design I want. On top of that, the repair guy misplaced my order and my job was only started on the day I was supposed to collect it. Now that it's done, I don't like the end product but spent money and can't undo it. read more

I needed some rings resized and reshaped, and I went into this place upon the recommendation of a friend. They made my three rings look and feel like new, and didn't charge me a dime! Second time I picked up my unfinished item after 3 1/2 weeks!! Both times were for a gift and both times I did not have a gift to give. I was referred to this shop by my coworker to get my mother's wedding diamond mounted into a different setting. I am very satisfied with the customer service I received from the jewelers that helped me find the perfect mounting. They made me feel like I was part of their family and I knew at that point I could trust them with something so precious and dear to my heart. They not only mounted my diamond into a setting that they had to order for me, but they also sized my ring and polished it after! I received a beautiful ring from my boyfriend but the stones kept falling out. Went to Lee Reed and they wanted a ton of money to fix it. My mom told me about this place and I'm so glad she did! Not only did put the jewel in but they reset all the stones further down to make it stronger. They only charged me $35 and not a single stone has fallen out since! Fantastic service and very cheap.
