Upon cleaning it the jeweler noticed the prongs were loose. He referred us to Jeweler Bench. When I called the owner was abrupt, and communicated rudely with me. He stated, "prongs do not become loose. That can't be the problem." He was also very irritated that I was referred to ask about scheduling at a time when the repair could be done same day. He stated I was the fourth person to ask this and that he didn't do same day repair. It was his tone and attitude that my husband and I did not appreciate. We were new customers to him and would have appreciated being treated nicely. We will not be taking my wedding ring to him. Customer service is extremely important!

What a fantastic display case and selection of rings in them. The staff and manager are the best! The know their diamond rings and how to work with a customer to find what they like at a reasonable price. They are willing to work with you to find the right ring. This particular day I was looking to have my diamond ring cleaned. Embarrassingly, it's been many years since I've got it cleaned. My hubby and I went in and asked them if they did that type of service and how much would it cost. A very nice man named Josh took my ring and really checked it out under a monocular. He said that he could clean it right there in the store and that there would be absolutely no charge. Whoa? Really? Free? We of course jumped on that and loved the results. My diamond shines ever so brightly and I am a happy customer. I then decided to shop their jewelry case. I was surprised that their jewelry is just stunning. They do run sales from time to time. The sales girl Jessica was patient, knowledgeable and kind. I did not end up buying jewelry today, but I certainly will be back. Thanks Morgan Jewelers for bringing customer service back.

My concern was, the large jewelry store I originally took it to, admitted I was getting quoted scrap value in spite of the fact that it had 5 good diamonds, was 14K, in beautiful condition, and undamaged. Dan and Toni said they were not going to "scrap it," and gave me a very fair price for it. Their store is packed with high quality antiques and trinkets, as well. If you are ever in downtown Eagle, I highly recommend taking the time to stop by.

I went in for rough rocks for tumbling and she showed me a shoebox lid filled with crap I could have picked up off the ground myself. They had a few nice gems in the cabinets, which she clearly didn't want to show me. There was a nice pink Tourmaline single gem I inquired about. She couldn't tell me the dimensions, the carat weight or country of origin. The price was definitely high at $1200 for a gem likely just over 2 carats. I wouldn't go back and I'd suggest others look for a better gem/roch shop in the area.

I was recommended some astrology stones, but was a bit disappointed in their selection because there weren't many left and out of all the stones in the store there were actually only two rocks/gems that I was told were local to the state - the Star Garnet and Bruneau Jasper. The Star Garnet necklaces were ~$14. The Bruneau Jasper was more expensive with the rocks smaller or around the size of my first being ~$20-30, and then the ones that were larger paperweight sizes going up to $100 and more. Considering I had recently been to the Bruneau Sand Dunes, I would have paid more attention to admire the rocks if I knew they were so valuable. There's another rock shop nearby (Idaho Rocks and Gems) that I didn't get to check out, but was told they would probably have a more casual selection. This gem shop seems to specialize in jewels whereas Idaho Rocks and Gems nearby might be better for rock hobbyists who also want to go rockhounding together.
