Her energy was contagious -- so passionate, patient, and incredibly skilled. She made the class very approachable, even for total beginners like me. Pearl broke down each step in a way that made it fun and not intimidating at all. The class was intimate and educational. The calligraphy kit she gave us to take home was such a treat! I put my new skills to the test by making place cards for a dinner party I hosted a few weeks later and they turned out great. I loved the materials she used and am looking forward to addressing this year's holiday cards using calligraphy! If you've ever been even slightly curious about calligraphy -- take pearl's class!
