Before the job started we hit an unexpected bump in the road (the removal of some asbestos floor tiling, which NYS required licensed professionals to handle). John calmly walked me through the process and was able to work with me and my timeline. All throughout the project John would update me, even sending me pics, when I was not able to get over to Mom's house. He was honest about his abilities, and took the time to meet with me and answer questions after the project was completed and paid for. I found John and his company to be trustworthy and reliable and only wish they did home renovation so I could hire them to do work in my house.

They worked with us to get our shed cleaned-up on the outside as well. Ted showed up with ice cream for his crew daily and you could tell that there was an incredible admiration and respectful working relationship among the team. It was nice to have them at our house.
