Called Mr. Oliver on Thursday, 1/3/19, left message, no return call as requested. Went to business on 1/7/19 at 1:00pm to give him a check. He began by saying he was going to call me. Said he was having employee problems and wasn't going to be able to repair my truck as scheduled. I asked when he thought he could get to it but he suggested a couple of places that might be able to do it. I persisted as to when he might be able to get me in and he said maybe the middle of February. I said I could wait because I wanted his shop to do the work. He kept saying to take it another shop because things were unsettled there. I asked if he was going out of business and he said no. He again suggested a shop saying he knew the owner. I had gone there originally before going to Coach Craft and was told they were only taking jobs from four specific insurance companies. This job was not insured by one of them. I explained this to him and asked if he would call ahead to try and help me get an appoint for the repair. He refused. I again asked if he would agree to repair my vehicle, without committing to a specific date, if they couldn't. He now said that it would be the middle of March or later if he were to be able to do the repairs and would not discuss any possible date. He made another excuse of a personal nature and got angry because I told him I'm not understanding why he won't commit to repairing my vehicle and that there has to be something else going on that I am unaware of. No parts were ordered. Nothing was done other than to waste more than a month of my time and driving to his shop three times(approximately 120 miles total). If he didn't want the job then why take it? He is a terrible businessman and a rude individual. Ridiculous experience.

Don't know what they're doing and overcharging. Because of my experience at this repair shop, I'm canceling my car insurance company Allstate and get another one for non-ensuring that my car was repaired properly.
