I was told that my 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th donations would be $100, and my 3rd donation would be $75. I relied on that information when deciding to donate. After my donation, I went to 7-Eleven to access my payment and saw a $95 bonus. Because I had been away from CSL for several years, I assumed the difference was some type of processing fee. When I returned for my next donation on August 25, I was then told by the technician that I would only be receiving $45. I questioned this because it did not match the compensation schedule I had been given. I asked for clarification, and a supervisor also confirmed that I would only be receiving $45. The problem is not simply the amount of money. The problem is that I was given one compensation schedule before donating and then told something completely different afterward. I sent CSL Plasma a formal good-faith complaint/demand for payment explaining what happened and asking them to address the discrepancy. They have not responded to me at all. I believe customers deserve to know exactly what they are agreeing to before they undergo a plasma donation. If the compensation is different from what a customer was told, that should be clearly explained BEFORE the donation--not afterward. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone donating here get the compensation amount and promotion in writing before donating and carefully check their payment afterward. I am leaving this review because CSL Plasma has had an opportunity to address my concerns privately and has chosen not to respond.

I've been sick for over a week and have been missing a ton of work. I know my body and what works and doesn't work. When you come in feeling miserable and then the doctor makes you feel even more miserable, you wonder what you are paying the doctor for. When I stood my ground and told him I would take the risks associated with the Z-Pak, he walked out like he was angry after he agreed to prescribe it. He wouldn't even look at me. It felt like he thought I had personally attacked him and he responded very immaturely. I won't ever go back to him or let my children go to him either. Someone send him to training for bedside manner skills please.

I like going to the ARC Blood Center because it has the most scheduling times available for…read moredonation. I go on a weekend early in the morning to donate about every 60 days. It is recommended to download the Red Cross app to do your appointment scheduling and fill out your questionnaire. Whole blood donation, takes less than an hour as long as you show up on time and have the Rapid Pass ready. They also have snacks after the donation and depending on the season, little goodies like gift cards or tshirts. Don't know your blood type? You can find out when you become a blood donor! You get your blood pressure and iron level checked at each visit so it's a great way to monitor your health. The review won't be complete without explaining why I donate blood. I am O+ and CMV negative so my donations go to newborns and preemies. I always have to close my eyes and look away when they prick my finger and insert needle but my why is what keeps me going back. The need for blood donations is constant. Once a blood donor, always a life saver! I encourage everyone who is eligible to donate, and those who can't donate to share and support.

They tried to over dose her with morphine and other drugs and tell us that she was at end stage of life.
