Ok, I stopped here because I was out hooking up with some dude I met online, anyhow, I ended up stumbling on this place on my way from passing on the encounter, lol, and it is super cute. Very inspirational actually. It's on the corner of what appear to be agricultural fields. The family converted the place to a market and grill. The market has great promotions, bought an entire case of mangos, but the grill. Omg the grill was so cute. Nice decor, love the music and energy, and the furnishings were traditional but very bohemian luxury. Super hip and the dad grilled up good eats. Definitely recommend this place. Wish I had a farm corner to do a similar concept. read more

I have driven by this place many times and I thought it was like a farmers market. I Parker and they sell plants on the side. They have some fresh produce but they are mainly an Indian market. I wish the sign would say that. I was not familiar with a lot of products but the vegetables were very fresh. The prices were pretty reasonable. read more

It's sad that since this place has changed ownership it hasn't managed to keep the high quality produce I've become used too plus the prices seem really high. I recently purchased the same items I have been doing so on a regular basis and it came to more than twice the amount as before. Had the produce been the same quality I wouldn't mind but it just wasn't. Nothing was as fresh as over the last 6 years and I recently bought a Melon that was mushy as soon as I cut into it. There's still a good selection but for now I feel more comfortable getting my produce from Winco or another market in town. read more

Best pomegranates ever! We drove up last weekend from Santa Clara and purchased a box of pomegranates for $35. Even though we didn't pick them ourselves because the season is over the box we got was really good. Not one is bad. Highly recommend this local farm! read more

Do not come to pick the pomegranates or persimmons. Almost all were rotten or covered in huge bugs when we visited today.

My Go To place for fresh and seasonal fruits. They do have seasonal fruits like pomegranates, persimons, water melons right from their own farm.. also more produce like garlic, tomatoes, etc on seasonal basis along with Indian grocery, on sweet side baklava & Indian sweets, plum cakes etc.. Have been going here since before the change in management. It is nice to see a lot more inventory available, although I would like to see more Organic items on a regular basis like they used to have. Sometimes it can be hard to find Organic items amongst what they have now, and quality is a bit more hit and miss. If you stick with seasonal items, there's always something good. Just want to also add I think they should have prices posted for all of their items. It's a little strange to not know what you are going to pay or having to frequently ask someone who works there. Fresh, local and cheap produce! My parents love this place and I came with them today. Small mom and pop stop with a decent variety of fruits and veggies. We got over 10 lbs of various produce for $11! To add, it's all about location! If you live in Mountain House, no need to drive into town if you need some tomatoes, a lemon or an onion. Came here to pick pomegranates with the family since it seems to be a fun thing to do here in California rather than apple picking like we do back East. I called ahead to make sure it was the season and sure it was. Person on the phone was nice and told me to bring gloves and shears--sure enough, he was right. It was an amazing experience- and we filled a whole bucket which cost only 25 dollars. More affordable than the grocery store or the Farmer's Market. We also bought a pumpkin for 5 bucks. They have a store too that sells produce and other items but I did not go in. Can't wait to come back before the pomegranates are all gone!! read more

This place is awesome to take the kiddos during their pomegranate season... so make sure to call first before driving out there! You can pick your own ripe pomegranates right from their backyard orchard, when they are in season, and the price per pound is super reasonable. They'll usually provide buckets that you can use and then they'll get weighed when you come back from picking. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. Inside you'll find a variety of Middle Eastern products and additional fruits and vegetables. When we go, it's always busy, but not too crowded. It's much more crowded during the pomegranate season. Two things... Just be careful when you are coming from the Brentwood side of the freeway and lookout for oncoming car traffic when you make the turn, some of those cars go pretty fast and second, be sure to not miss the turn onto the street that the fruit stand is located. On our first time, we must have missed it twice. read more

Organic u-pick farm with lots of yum pomegranates. The downside is that, because of being organic, there are LOTS and LOTS of bugs on the fruits, which is really not fun. But the pomegranates are so tasty that I cannot give any less stars than 5 stars. The store has fresh produce at low price. Family owned and very friendly people. read more

This small family run shop had the cheapest, freshest organic produce around Tracy! We come here to buy fresh fruit and vegetables. They carry a good variety of items, oranges, apples. pomegranate, mint, celery, carrots, tomatoes (2 different varieties), potatoes, yams, green onions, purple cabbage, cauliflower, regular cabbage, cilantro... and lots more. They also have a freezer section for cheeses, yogurt and milk and they carry multiple varieties of rice as well as tons of spices, pasta, sauce mixes, dates, dried herbs, lentils etc... I love coming here every week. The new kitty - Papo- is wonderful. I make a habit to show up weekly just so I can spend some time with him. The Fuji Apples are so delicious and a lot cheaper than Whole Foods. The bananas, green beans, mangoes and all my daily produce are so fresh. My mom love getting her Asian veggies here as well - as they are a lot better, cheaper and fresher than Lions Market or Ranch 99. They are open everyday and I can't say enough nice things about this local store. It makes a difference that they rescued a kitty and it's a much nicer shopping experience when you have a cat roaming the store. So relaxing! Checkout their local honey and dairy products as well. You're supporting local farmers and business if you choose to shop here. It's totally worth it. The quality of produce is superb and organic without the organic price. I also bought some shallots here recently and definitely cheaper than corporate owned stores. read more

My review is strictly on their u-pick farm for pomegranates. I stopped here with my family and was really disappointed. There was no guidance or direction as to which trees were ready, which were still sour, or even what to look for when picking. The two individuals at checkout were not friendly and looked unhappy to be there and like the customers were a bother. I will not be stopping here again. read more

Came pomegranate picking at the end of the season. There wasn't a whole lot in the trees (that was out fault) but they still had quite a few already picked for purchase at the store. They are inexpensive and GOOD! The people who work there are SO kind. The cashier let all the kids pick out a tiny pumpkin from the shelves for free. Drove down from Sacramento today for their DELICIOUS Afghan Melons. The gentlemen who work there were incredibly helpful, making sure I went home with the best selection of fruit.
