Saturday, 5/17/2025 - Took my mom to Pageo Lavender Farm to celebrate a late Mother's Day and to celebrate my sister's BDay. Address here is 11573 Golf Link Rd, Turlock, CA 95380. They do serve lunch to 2pm. We were here to have lunch and then take pictures at their lavender farm. Hopping to catch some blooming lavender. Sadly, it was mostly a green garden w not much blooming lavender. There were a few other flowers blooming tho. Upon arrival.... Pros 1) plenty of parking. 2) location was plain but pretty and clean. 3) they had like 4 to 8 tables on the front by the parking area where you walk in. I saw a few people eating there. 4) they had a beautiful wooden table in the back on the grassy area with 6 chairs around it. That's where we sat for lunch. Our reservation was at 12pm. We got seated right away. Today was perfect to eat outside. There is no indoor seating or a restaurant here. I didn't see any. 5) there is a gift shop. But we didn't make it to see the inside 6) they serve salads and sandwiches here for lunch. Very simple and short menu. Their soup of the day today was tomato bisque. 7) our sandwiches and salads tasted fine. But salads are large portions. I could have shared my chicken salad with another. Sandwiches are normal size. Enough for one person. 8) Drinks were ok. Water tasted good. No funky or metal taste to it. 9) two porter potty bathroom but clean. Not the typical blue porter potties at putdoor events. A little nicer and it flushes. 10) our server was very nice. Cons 1) it took a long time to get our meals once we ordered. We were seated at 12pm. But we didn't get our salads and sandwiches till like an hourish later. By the time our foods came out, we sat to catch up and eat, and celebrate a bday, it was like 1:45ish already. Gift shop closes at 2pm. 2) our young server seems like she's still in training. But she was good. Wish they check on their customers more often. But maybe she was the only one taking orders. I don't know. 3) Conclusion This location was nice. Clean. Pretty. There wasn't any lavender blooming when we were there. But I heard it's a hit and miss to catch it in bloom too get beautiful pictures. It's ok though. We found other areas to get nice photos in. Foods were ok. Meh. But salads looked pretty and in large portions. Chicken on the salads were perfectly made. It was juicy and not dry. Each of our plates were $18. There is a small drinks menu. With both their menus being short, it made it so much easier to order something. Love that no one rushed us out after 2pm. We were allow to take our time on the area to take photos. Pageo hosted a vendor event 11-29-25. It is common knowledge that Pageo employees have treated some vendors poorly during previous vendor events. Today, witnesses observed Pageo staff treat one vendor poorly. Pageo staff were rude and disrespectful. It was borderline racist. Very uncalled for! The vendor is a kind, thoughtful and considerate person. Even though she was treated badly, she maintained composure. She packed up her items for sale and left the event. There was NO REASON to treat this vendor rudely and with disrespect. Do yourself a favor and find another lavender business because Pageo staff are rude and feel entitled to treat vendors badly. I'm making sure my friends and family avoid this business ! read more

Although the wedding venue was decent the food served by their required catering service was chicken fettuccine, baby carrots straight cooked from bag, one small piece of bread and small portion of salad. The plate looked empty and I asked for extra. The wedding was lightly attended because of cool weather so I feel terrible for the bride and groom that this place ran out of food on them. Updating to say that they did right and reached out to the bridal family and are making things right so updated the stars also. Apparently, their food vendor was the problem and not Pageo. Today, friends and I visited Pageo Lavender Farm. I LOVED the atmosphere! The grounds are stunning! It is super inviting, relaxing, well shaded, nicely manicured, and many trees have cute white lights wrapped around them. It's a great location for nice lunch dates, family gatherings, baby showers, bridal showers, and, of course, weddings. Every staff member we incoutered were nice and polite. Now, these guys, George, Josh, and Mike, are very approachable, friendly, and funny. We enjoyed our conversations with each of them. The Bloody Mary's and Lavender Margaritas were perfect! They hit the spot. Cheft Krista, thank you for the amazing lime cilantro chicken salad. It was full of flavor. The chicken was moist and just melted in my mouth. Overall, a DELICIOUS salad! Review #125 - 2020 I am a fool for lavender fields--so if I see photo posts or reviews about a nice lavender field, I will go out of my way to see it for myself. This lavender field has never been open to the public in the past so when I found out that they were allowing u-picks during the COVID-19 pandemic, I made the drive out with my 3 girls. We showed up at around 1:15 PM on Thursday, July 2nd and it was scorching hot at 90°. Sadly, only about 25% of the lavenders were still available for photo opps, but it was still nice to be able to enjoy the scent. There were a few bushes that looked like people had stepped on them just so they could get a nice picture. I honestly dislike disrespectful people! They always mess it up for those of us who do try to be respectful. The place is very cute! They have a garden with tables set up for picnics, but they used them for weddings before this whole SIP ordeal. The gift shop is also very cute and has plenty of lavender scented products for sale. I asked if they actually plan to offer any lavender flavor ice cream and the lady in the gift shop says that they are looking into adding a kitchen and might be offering lavender flavor food next year. Yay!!! We only spent about half an hour there as it was so hot; but we'll definitely check them out earlier next year, if they do offer lavender flavor food. read more

My best friend got married at Pageo last weekend and I can't say enough good things about our experience! This place is seriously a hidden gem. Everyone we encountered and worked with was friendly and responsive. Josh was very accommodating, calm, and ensured the brides vision came to life. The day of coordinator, Jamie was a delight and kept everyone on track. The venue is magical. There are lights stung in every tree, fresh lavender hanging in the buffet area, and the ceremony and reception were all shaded. The bridal suite is adorable with a bed, two bathrooms, plenty of space to get ready, and well air conditioned. The groomsmen got ready in the new air-conditioned barn and had a nice space to get ready in as well. The bride rented furniture from a vintage rental company and created a lounge in the front of the barn for people to cool off during the evening. They also have restrooms on site with their personal lavender lotions in them. They have a few options for chairs, tables, games, and spaces you can utilize to personalize your day. I have been conversing with one of their coordinators (Sam Kiely) for about a week now regarding information about the place itself and availability. I got married on July 21, 2018 at Pageo Lavender Farm in Turlock. After my husband and I got engaged, I started looking at outdoor garden and forest style venues in Northern California. After compiling a long list of options, I started prioritizing my favorites and emailing them for more information and options to come tour in person. Pageo was the second venue we toured in April 2017 and we fell in love with not just the scenery of the grounds, but the customer service we experienced. The next day we learned that a Saturday in July 2018 had become available and without a second thought about any other venue we had on our list, we signed the contract. Holly was our primary point-of-contact throughout the period we were wedding planning. She was so friendly and responsive, never showing any impatience or frustration with the dozens of questions I probably emailed her about throughout that time. Whenever we came to visit the venue to work out more logistics, Josh always greeted us and got to know what we were envisioning for the day. Whenever we asked about how certain things could be done, there was never a "No, we can't do that," but always a "Let us see how we can make that happen for you." About a month before, we were paired with our day-of coordinator, Jaimee Hinman. During our walkthrough we met with Jaimee in person and she was very well organized and knowledgeable about the wedding planning process, and gave us a few last minute suggestions around some planning items we were still handling. So they had a face book advertisement that reached me all the way in Walnut Creek. I drove an hour and a half here to have lunch for my mom to celebrate her 70th birthday Even with most of the lavender already cut the grounds are still beautiful. They have a good variety for lunch. You call ahead and pre-pay and pre-order. Both my mom and I had a chicken salad which included berries,lavender shortbread cookie and ice tea. The food was delicious. We got to eat in the shaded garden area and it didn't feel hot at all. Today is one of the hottest days around the bay area. After lunch I purchased some items in the gift shop. I actually regret not buying a candle so I would recommend buying one. I did purchase the bundle of dried lavender, a lavender and rose tea as well as a lavender and rose lotion. As soon as we got home we made some of the tea and it taste delicious not too strong tasting. I am using the lotion and I love the scent to it. We also purchased a lavender roll on essential roll-on and just a singular lemongrass essential. The staff who work there are extremely friendly. I can totally understand how this would be A lovely wedding venue. Unfortunately it's too far away ffor my future wedding venue. What a lovely place! I was there for a wedding that was mostly outside, but the inside was open to us. They have a really nice covered outside bar and patio. The whole area (except the parking) is very nice and shaded. They have Giant Jenga and Corn Hole that you can play while waiting for the wedding party. You could tell their staff was well trained; very respectful and accommodating. Simply a beautiful environment that's always smells like lavender... hard to complain about that! I could not have asked for a more accommodating and beautiful venue. From the moment I saw the venue online, I knew I'd be getting married there. From the tour, to the day after the wedding, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and just overall lovely. As someone who has a decent amount of experience with weddings (been in 4, Maid of Honor 3 times, getting married myself in September, studied special event planning in college, and had an internship on a wedding planning TV show) I have heard and seen it all. Pushy vendors, rude staff, picky and controlling venues and promises never kept. The experience we had here at the Pageo farm couldn't have been further from all of that. When my best pal told me she booked a lavender farm in Turlock for her wedding, I got a little nervous. When I arrived for the rehearsal on Friday evening, I was instantly blown away. The farm looks like it came straight out of Provence in southeast France or Napa Vallley right here in California. The farm was so quaint, picturesque, and was so detail oriented. In terms of the wedding, I have never seen a more accommodating or cooperative venue. They allowed us free reign over the property, met all of our special requests (even allowing us to use items out of their gift shop for decor) and had such a kind and complimentary disposition over the whole weekend. The owner, George, was a joy to work with. We sat and talked for about an hour about the whole place and how he turned run down barns and chicken coops into a straight-out-of-a-magazine wonderland. The wedding was so beautiful. Since the surroundings are so beautiful on their own, it didn't require a lot of flowers or props to dress the place up (which is a benefit for the budget conscious bride). I stopped into the gift shop and literally wanted to buy everything they had in stock. From in-house made soaps and lotions, to lavender gift baskets, home decor and stationary- I was in love with everything. I did take home a few goodies too including delicious lavender cookies. I can not wait to make many more trips here in my future. On Fridays and Saturdays (with a 24 hour notice) you can get a boxed lunch and eat anywhere on the farm- think under a shade tree by rows of Lavender, or at a bistro table under twinkling lights. This is a family owned farm and they make sure you and your guest have everything they need the day of. COVID-19 Cancelled Wedding Review: Pageo puts profits over people and it shows!! I was supposed to get married at the farm on 6/7/20, but due to COVID-19 that was no longer possible. When it became clear that the shelter in place orders were not going to be lifted by June and large gatherings were out of the question, we contacted the venue at the end of April and spoke with Josh via email about what our options were. Josh originally agreed that the wedding would not be possible, gave us our $9,000 final balance back and let us know that Pageo would not be having any events in April, May or June. We were initially looking at potential dates to reschedule for 2021 but decided we could no longer afford it (both receiving pay cuts at our jobs) and it would be unethical for us to reserve a new date during their peak month of June if we needed to cancel in the future. We then requested our $1,700 deposit to be refunded but the conversation quickly switched from respectful and understanding to harsh and rude. (Mind you, deposits are to cover the venue in case we were to back out and they would lose money from not being able to book another event that day. Since we are all sheltering in place, no one else would be able to book that day regardless.) While I can certainly appreciate contractual bindings for deposits under normal circumstances, a pandemic is definitely not one of those and it was out of both parties control. When being denied a full refund for the deposit, we asked for 50% of our deposit refunded and the other 50% as credit to use in their gift shop so we could support this small business and meet in the middle! Even after explaining to Josh that we had a family member pass away from COVID-19 and both of us received pay cuts at our jobs, our request was denied and Josh lacked empathy towards us as human beings during this very traumatic time. All of our other vendors worked with us to refund us 100% (even with contracts stating otherwise) and our caterer even agreed to deliver our deposits worth of food to our home in San Jose. Pageo's only proposal was to let us roll the deposit over to a new date with a $1,000 discount. Since a formal wedding is no longer in the cards (financially), this option didn't work for us. After speaking with an attorney, we have decided to file a formal complaint with the California Attorney Generals Office for Consumer Complaints. I would advise couples to look for venues that have good morals and aren't trying to screw people over in the middle of a pandemic. Pageo is eligible for the small business loans under the stimulus package and the Paycheck Protection Program to receive stipends to keep their doors open and employees paid during the closure. Us as clients, don't have that benefit and wedding insurance doesn't cover a virus. For couples that do book with Pageo, Ana and Katie were fantastic and I would definitely recommend working with them! We had such a lovely experience planning our wedding at Pageo Lavender Farm. A friend of ours is from Turlock and mentioned the venue to us, we booked a visit and it ended up being the only venue we visited. Our wedding coordinator was Becca who was such a sweet heart. She was so kind and helpful during what can be a very stressful process of planning a wedding. We really loved that Pageo is sort of a one stop shop in a way. We were able to pick our linens, tableware, tables and chairs all through them. It definitely saved us the hassle of having to find a vendor and rent all of those needed items. The venue has a couple of places where you can have a ceremony and reception, our goal was to have an all out door wedding and Pageo was able to do just that. We had our ceremony on the lawn with trees as our backdrop to the right of the property. We had our reception on the lawn more towards the middle of the property. I loved that we got to utilize a ton of area since we had our games, cocktail hour, ceremony, reception and dance floors in different areas. The bridal suite was the perfect size and very cute. I had a very large bridal party with 10 bridesmaids, and both mom's getting ready in the bridal suite and the space worked out great for us. All I can say is WOW!! for the Mother's Day luncheon that Pageo put on!! From the venue & lovely atmosphere, to the DELICIOUS food...it was a day to remember! We chose the 1pm seating for our lunch so that we could enjoy the grounds beforehand. We started off with a couple of the BEST Bloody Marys ever...my Mom's a Bloody Mary connoisseur ...a stroll around the beautiful grounds & a couple of games of Connect Four. Mother Nature provided great weather for everyone to enjoy themselves, which they seemed to be doing. It was on the warmer side, but there was plenty of shade & Pageo had lavender lemonade & lavender ice tea to sip on too. We enjoyed our wonderful lunch outside & couldn't stop saying how delicious & flavorful the Tuscan chicken with the basil sauce was!! We both used our rolls to make sure we got every drop of the sauce! That combined with the flavors of the herbed rice, roasted vegetables & the sweetness of the berry salad...WOAH!! Then...the mocha icebox cake was the piece de resistance!! We felt the meal was well thought out to include & pair excellent flavors. We know Pageo is an event venue & not a "traditional restaurant"...but their small kitchen prepared a meal well worthy of the price!! We've spent previous Mother's Days at fancy, expensive restaurants packed in with too many people & inferior food coming out of a big kitchen, so to spend our day on a lavender farm enjoying an extremely tasty lunch was a real treat that we hope we can enjoy many more times in the future...perhaps even Father's Day as the staff advised us that's being planned!! I have not attended an event here, but have been once just to check out the gift shop and venue and loved the atmosphere! It is a such a unique and relaxing setting filled with welcoming and helpful staff who encouraged us to walk the venue and gardens. The gift shop smelled amazing (filled with lavender from their gardens) and had a beautiful selection of gifts. They told us about their order-ahead boxed lunches provided by Green Grub (another fave) that are served in the garden and I ended up gifting my parents a lunch here a few weeks later. They said it was very romantic and had such a great time. The staff was friendly and the dining garden area was decorated very nicely and with the shade, was not hot at all. I would definitely recommend their lunches here as a gift for someone or just to go yourself! I am planning to go with my boyfriend very soon. The gift shop is very cute and you can find all kinds of their products there, along with cutesy things for the home and gifts for friends. I have come to the gift shop several times and I always walk out with several items. They really do make great gifts! The only thing I wish is that they have consistent hours for their shop. During the holiday season, they are open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday... perfect for gift shopping! They also have an area for guests that are browsing the grounds where you can get coffee and tea and try some lavender cookies. Yum! The grounds inside the walls are beautiful. Ivy, big trees, grass, patio...Be sure to keep a look out for one of the friendly, adorable dogs that belong to the owners. Beautiful and LOVE this place! read more

It was pretty but bummer that the shop and gates were closed on mondays and tuesdays. I was able to drive in and take some pics with the flowers, lots of friendly bees that didn't bother us at all. What a great place for cute pics. read more

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary for lunch here and it was perfect. They serve a beautiful lavender box lunch. Lunch comes complete with your choice of delicious sandwich or salad, side dish, beverage, dessert and complimentary lavender gifs from the gift shop. You do have to call in advance to place your order but it was very easy to do and I spoke with a very friendly person, Tina to make arrangements. She was so nice and made everything possible. Upon our arrival we came to a beautifully set table for two with a lovely centerpiece of flowers. The whole location was serene and seemed very private. Overall it's a really nice venue. After lunch we visited the cute little gift shop which had so many neat gifts both lavender themed and not. The hanging lavender they harvest on site was very impressive. At the end of our visit we very pleased and impressed at what this place had to offer. It was time well spent and perfect for a tiny getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We went to Pageo Lavender Farm for lunch on August 7th, 2020. The weather was nice for outdoor seating- & they open all 11:00 am for lunch. I called to make reservations and ordered lunch the day prior for two of us. The lunch menu has healthy choices and includes salads and sandwiches. The ambiance of the outdoor seating is wonderful-so serene and relaxing. The customer service was wonderful from the time I called in our order until we left. Everyone was so kind and welcoming & helpful. We felt we had so much special attention-that of course added to our visit. Because of Covid we were especially concerned prior to visiting-but the outdoor seating was excellent. The tables are spaced so far apart- masks are used so we were never overly concerned for our safety-as the staff practiced strict safety standards & requirements. I highly recommend eating & visiting Pageo & we look forward to our next visit. The gift shop is also open to purchase cute, locally made items. All in all we had a wonderful lunch while supporting a small, local business. read more
