The Prices here are still so awesomely affordable (I paid $18 only for both threading services!) and the Hospitality was so warm, thoroughly nourishing, and consistently on point! Update, I visited Albert 8/4 2024 to get highlights done for my hair. I went in around 11:44, and left a little before 2. Again, I'm amazed at his skill! I love the highlights he gave me, it was exactly how I wanted them to turn out, and he even offers suggested if you had no prior knowledge or direction at all! I'm not sure I'll return here. I was surprised that they were so cheap, but I'm not sure I'm super happy with the results. The lighting here isn't great, so that would be why so much hair was left behind under my eyebrows and my upper lip. She did make sure to ask before threading my jawline, since she knew I didn't want my sideburns done. All in all, my eyebrows did not turn out the way I'd hoped. But I know that if I could have seen these things, she would have cared enough to fix it. It was just too much to fix when I got home. read more

If I could give the beauty supply a one star I would . This place must have new owners . I walk in and I was looking at the earrings . So another woman comes from the counter and she stands up by me and looking at me like I was going to steal something from this dump beauty supply . I was pissed . I stated to go to the other beauty supply in the area . There in some racist bs . As a woman business owner , I never make anyone feel less than . I give a 5 to this location for Pam and her eyebrow threading skills. My eyebrows were a mess before I started going to her. She has now been doing my eyebrows for over a year and I will not go to anybody else. I no longer have ingrown hairs or have to fill in my eyebrows with pencil (unless I go blond for the summer). She takes her time and is very diligent in making sure you are happy with the results. I am so happy with her work and how much she improved my look. I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time. Ok, this review was way overdue. I feel that I should really give an update from my last review. I have been going to Pam every month now (since my last review) to get my eyebrows threaded and I will only go to her to get my eyebrows done! And I haven't seen her on her phone since then lol. She just knows how to clean my eyebrows really nicely and lately I've been getting compliments from friends and family about how nice my eyebrows are-and I don't fill them in! Also, Pam seems to remember who I am every time I come in. It's nice to be remembered. She is very friendly and she will tell you what days she won't be working so that you don't waste your time showing up and she isn't there. The way she threads is great because it wasn't painful for me and usually threading hurts but there's something that she does that makes it not so painful. This review is for Pam because I personally never had Puneet thread my eyebrows. I came here for the first time to get my eyebrows and upper lip threading done locally (I usually go to West Covina to get them done). Pam sat me down and what I really liked about her was that she explained what she was going to do before she started. She cleaned the shape of my eyebrow and threaded every part surrounding my lip. Pam was done way faster than my previous lady, but her results were much cleaner. Though Puneet was very much loved at this place, I feel like Pam should deserve some love too.
