There's a sign that says first-time customers get special pricing, but all three of us were charged the regular rate. I didn't make a big deal about it and paid what was asked, but it felt misleading to advertise a discount that apparently doesn't apply to all new customers. The location itself is convenient with plenty of parking, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Overall, it's a nice spot, but I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

There are 20 minute parking spots across from brow and beauty threading, just enough time for a walk-in appointment today. There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes. The waiting area and the whole studio is very clean, and bright, with comfortable seating, so it feels very hospitable. Poonam was very kind, and very quick to clean up my eyebrows, offering me aloe vera afterwards to soothe the sting. I am very pleased with the result.
