They are on my way home from work so I thought I would give them a try. I even spoke with the owner and her daughter when I made the appointments to ensure that she could get an up do and I could get a haircut that day. The day of the appointment, we came in about 10 to 15 minutes early and basically we were told we didn't have appointments. They did however offer to try to "squeeze" my daughter in. My response was...No, this is why I made an appointment! I didn't want to be "squeezed in". Now, I have worked the front desk in different salons over the years and know that you should always be discreet if ever there is an issue to ensure your client does not feel embarrassed or even realize there is an issue. You'll keep your clients that way! When it was realized that our appointments were put on for a month later and they were somewhat apologetic about it. I hope they realize the repercussions of how they handled this and move forward to handle these types of situations better.
