My appointment was at 2 and they didn't see me until 5:30. so frustrating. They also assumed i was a different client with out asking me. I was recommended here by a client recently. She had many good things to say about this place so i thought i would give it a shot. My experience here was grand :D. Not only did they see me with in minutes of my appointment time but they were all very nice and professional as was the building. The optometrist was very knowledgable and the process was swift. Unlike my previous experience elsewhere. Got my exam done and picked out new glasses and was checked out all under 45 minutes. That was last wednesday, and today (monday) my glasses were already available for pick up. I love my new glasses! they were even very helpful in assisting me in finding a new pair. Im the type of person that needs multiple opinions before i purchase something. LOL. Overall I will definitely be a return customer here and highly recommend this place.

After my exam, I was looking at glasses and the tech told me I would have to go to the VA for my glasses. I have mobility problems and is hard for me to get around. I couldn't understand why they would send me for an exam but no glasses. I thanked them and went to my car. While I was trying to get in, the tech said if I would accept lined bifocals, so i accepted their offer. I asked them how much it would cost. They just replied, thank you for your service! She and the support staff have been supportive and incredibly patient with me, and making any adjustments needed.
