After checking my Flexible Spending MasterCard, I realized I had been charged twice for the same transaction, leaving me with a negative balance that I had to repay to my account. When I called VisionWorks, they claimed it didn't happen. Then, mysteriously, one of the transactions disappeared the next day. That issue was resolved, but then I ran into another problem. I received my glasses, which worked fine. However, I couldn't see properly through the sunglasses and needed a refund. All of a sudden, I wasn't able to get the full refund because of some "discount" transaction that no one could explain. Bottom line: Be very careful if you're shopping at this location. Check your receipts and account statements closely. Their customer service is awful, and I can't recommend doing business here after such a frustrating experience.

She then takes it her what I assume is her manager, he proceeds to tell me that it's not a coupon for free glasses it's actually just a promotional card to tell you about their 2 for $79.99 deal. And that I had used one when I received them late last year or early this year, as they gave out 2 coupons per family. He then says that they'll honor it this time (with attitude) and says it'll be a $10 difference because their prices went up from 2/$79.99 to 2/$89.99 & that anything else I'll have to pay the difference. I also went through the cost involved as I wanted upgraded, multifocal lens. I am happy to report that I chose Dr. Abbas. Twenty minutes after surgery I had 20/20 vision in the eye that had lost all vision. Also he charged 1/3rd of what other doctors had demanded. I highly recommend him. He answers all your questions and is highly professional.
