Fast-forward to today, I have been going to Dr. Nguyen for the past 3-4 years! He is super friendly, authentic, and easy to talk to. I feel comfortable discussing my vision and any concerns with him. Dr. Nguyen and his staff are super efficient. During my last visit, I was in and out within 30 minutes for my full annual eye exam. They run all of the proper tests and check my vision thoroughly to look for any changes from previous years. My appointment was set for 10 AM, I arrived at 9:50 AM, and by 10:45 AM I was still sitting in the lobby with 4 people ahead of me. I don't have time to spend 2 hours at the eye doctor. Stop over scheduling and see people WHEN THEY'RE SCHEDULED. When I informed the front desk girl I would need to reschedule my appointment since it was now 45 minutes past when I was supposed to be seen she laughed and could have cared less. I had to take off from work to come to my "appointment" and am scheduled to go in at 11:30. So essentially I took off from work for no reason and wasted 45 minutes of my day. Additionally, the facility is disgusting. The lobby chairs are covered in what looks like dark fecal/urine stains and the arms of the chairs have sticky residue on them. I called over to Pasadena Eye Center on Crenshaw and made an appointment for next week. Take your money else where. Maybe Dr. Hakimi will take these reviews into consideration & do a staffing revamp.

I didn't see them wipe down the equipment before I put my face on it and I didn't think to ask them too because I assumed it was clean but after putting my face on it it didn't feel clean. And I went to the restroom there and there was pee stains all over the seat it was pretty nasty. If they clean up better and have better sanitation practices then I would add more stars
