Talked to insurance and insurance advised they were coding wrong. The office manager was told along with billing department to no avail. They will not return my calls. I also went through the cost involved as I wanted upgraded, multifocal lens. I am happy to report that I chose Dr. Abbas. Twenty minutes after surgery I had 20/20 vision in the eye that had lost all vision. Also he charged 1/3rd of what other doctors had demanded. I highly recommend him. He answers all your questions and is highly professional.

My appointment was at 2 and they didn't see me until 5:30. so frustrating. They also assumed i was a different client with out asking me. I was recommended here by a client recently. She had many good things to say about this place so i thought i would give it a shot. My experience here was grand :D. Not only did they see me with in minutes of my appointment time but they were all very nice and professional as was the building. The optometrist was very knowledgable and the process was swift. Unlike my previous experience elsewhere. Got my exam done and picked out new glasses and was checked out all under 45 minutes. That was last wednesday, and today (monday) my glasses were already available for pick up. I love my new glasses! they were even very helpful in assisting me in finding a new pair. Im the type of person that needs multiple opinions before i purchase something. LOL. Overall I will definitely be a return customer here and highly recommend this place.

After my exam, I was looking at glasses and the tech told me I would have to go to the VA for my glasses. I have mobility problems and is hard for me to get around. I couldn't understand why they would send me for an exam but no glasses. I thanked them and went to my car. While I was trying to get in, the tech said if I would accept lined bifocals, so i accepted their offer. I asked them how much it would cost. They just replied, thank you for your service! She and the support staff have been supportive and incredibly patient with me, and making any adjustments needed. The only good thing at this place was the doctor I saw…read more I ordered a pair of glasses with Frazier after my appointment in May. I didn't get my glasses until mid-June. Once I got them, the lenses would come out at the top and then about mid June, the right lense fully popped out. I took them back in on July 14th asking if they could fix them. I was told that the lenses were too small and they needed to be sent back. They insisted that they would be expedited and that I needed to wear my old glasses with my outdated prescription in the meantime. I asked for a printout of my prescription and the tech said "you're gonna order glasses online?!" And acted as though it personally offended her. She provided me with the printout once I explained that I would need a back up pair in the event one pair was to break again. After 3 weeks of waiting for my "expedited" glasses, I called to ask about them. They advised me that they were in but just hadn't gotten around to calling me yet. I asked if I could just get a refund instead, and was advised that it was past the cutoff for a refund since the original appointment was in May. Even though I've had the glasses for less than a month, and here it is August. I won't be purchasing glasses from this place EVER again, but wouldn't mind seeing the doctor if needed.
