Most contractors wouldn't touch it. These guys fixed it in no time and did it with a smile. They are constantly checking on the status of the pool. He sends his guy out who took $524 for looking at my tub for a total of no more than 15 minutes, tells me I need a heater, when I signed his so called contract piece of paper there was no prices written on it, there was nothing, he wanted a signature to give him the right to look at it, so I signed, when he finished looking at it he then asked me for the $524, he told me this amount would be taken from the next bill when it was fixed, I even asked if it was going to be anywhere near $500 again. Well he was right, it wasn't, his guy wanted $832 TO FIX IT. All in he wanted $1.355.00. I told his guy not to go near my tub. The very next day I had another company come out and fix it, NEW HEATER, Fixed it in under and hour, Total for the whole job, $197.37 I have tried now on numerous occasions to get hold of the so called nice guy Al, won't lift the phone and nowhere to be seen, he has $524 of my monies for doing absolutely nothing. Absolutely avoid these guys, a pure SCAM.

Adding to my review. I will NEVER use this company again. When I originally called the service…read moredepartment it was to check out the pool because water was leaking. I was told they would look at pool, pump, and filter to decide if we needed to do a pressure test. We were told after the technician came out that we needed new pipes. The pipes were charged at almost $4,000 and the pool was still leaking water. After a little back and forth. I was told they never looked at the filter and they only preformed the pressure test. Had I known the filter was not going to be looked I would have called another pool company. The fix for the pool was a 13.00 cap, that was lost as they changed the pipes. A whole season of not using the pool and 4,000 down the drain (literally).
