Additionally, the technician who visited was very kind and accommodating, efficiently setting up in an area where I felt comfortable. The cons. Communication proved challenging; having lost my voice, I relied on texting to inquire about specific details, such as the vitamin content in my IV mix. However, responses were slow, and I had to repeat myself. The technician arrived without the pre-confirmed mix and needed to contact the office spending extra time, an oversight that shouldn't have occurred. Furthermore, the tech had a 35-minute delay was not indicated on the appointment confirmation, leaving me unsure if a better estimated time could have been provided considering traffic conditions or if the arrival time could have been adjusted. I take immunity IVs regularly at the moment as it's the only thing that seems to work for me. I found ASAP online and will often do the in home visit (it's so convenien!) but opted to come into the La Jolla location today as I was in the area. I recently had the pleasure of getting an IV drip administered by America, and let me tell you, it was an experience worth writing home about--if only my hands weren't too hydrated to hold a pen! The new location on Propsect in LA Jolla is fantastic! Kyle was professional, friendly, gentle, communicated great. My son had been a bit lethargic and tired and he has a big tournament this Mon/Tues and we wanted him hydrated, energized and his best health & wellness self. Within the hour after his "works" mini iv his energy & mood were drastically improved and he had a zip in his step and said he was ready to go! I decided to get the B combo & vitamin D IM injections. I know they were pumping through my body- distinct taste/smell that lasted over 24 hours.
