I waited for over an hour and nothing. My boyfriend called and said that he came by didn't see any lights on so he left. He didn't knock on the door or anything since I am always home. We called again so he came back and was charged $25 since "there was no customer" the first time he came. He was lazy the first time, when he simply could've gotten out of the truck come and knocked on the door to truly see if anyone was home. I went ahead and payed it but I should not have been charged for the laziness of the driver. Overall I was charged $300. And $100 of that was for the dolly cause the car wouldn't start and unlock the tires even tho I did attempt to put it in neutral.

The mechanic made several attempts to fix the situation but ultimately told me he could not find where the leak was coming from and that I needed to locate it myself. I was also frustrated by the way I was treated during the process. The mechanic complained about having to continue working on the vehicle and told me that my money wasn't worth it. The office did not offer a refund or a reasonable solution, and I was left with a vehicle that I could not drive. This was not a simple situation where a repair didn't work the first time. The original problem was an alternator installation, and I ended up dealing with a damaged radiator, an improperly installed replacement, loss of A/C, a coolant leak, and an undriveable vehicle. I'm leaving this review so other customers can make an informed decision before trusting this company with their vehicle.

I have 3 and 1 being a newborn, and with winter weather coming, we're now stuck worrying about cold drafts and protection while they move on to other jobs. I tried giving them additional chances--Tuesday and again today--and they attempted to delay it again. Our electricity bills are climbing through the roof because the home isn't properly sealed. **1 star** for constant delays, not completing the service, and refusing to refund the money so we can hire another company that's properly equipped to finish the job.

This company can originate a new car key and program it if you need them to. Not something can be said for all locksmith companies. They charge more than it would cost for me to go and get new keys cut and programmed from the dealership, so I go and pickup the unprogrammed, cut computer keys up from Jim Ellis Mazda in Marietta. ($75)(In order to have them take care of the whole job, I would have to tow my car all the way up there.) 2:15 I get a call from the company asking me to go and test the keys to make sure that they turn. They don't want to send someone out before I make sure that the keys work. Fair enough. 2:30 I get home. The key works. I call them up. Tell them the great news. They say great. 1-1.5 hours till I can drive. 3:50 I receive a call stating that techs are backed up and cannot come out until 5-5:30. boo. (4-stars) I ask for a discount. I am told that there will be no discount on services. (3-stars).... but there is a coupon on the website for $10 off. (back to 4-stars) 4:42 Tech shows up. Raheem: Super friendly and outgoing... I instantly like him. Quick service. Finished in 10 minutes. Not much to complain about overall. A great company with some unique offerings. Raheem is cool. Staff is cool in general.
