I was in and out in under 45 minutes--my 10 am appointment was honored, and the service was quick! The waiting area was surprisingly nice for an auto shop, with comfortable seating and a TV. The facility and restrooms were also very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out simple. I especially appreciate that they were honest and didn't try to upsell me on any extra repairs. Regarding the cost, I was charged $25.00 flat rate, which was slightly more than the $19.99 quote, but I was still happy with the overall value and service. I will definitely return! After I paid him upfront for the parts (didn't have an issue with that) on August 22, I was told he would have the parts by Tuesday the 9th of September (18 days after supposedly ordering them, but okay)... I texted him on Wednesday the 10th asking when I should expect him. He texted back said he had been sick and asked if Friday the 12th would work. Told him sure. Friday comes and he doesn't show. I text him back and no response. This continues through the ENTIRE following week with no response from him. He finally shows up on the 19th (nearly an entire month after we first agreed he would do the job). I paid him via CashApp for the labor and figured that was the end of the situation. When he left, I was happy, finally had some air conditioning in the truck. My happiness was short-lived, because by Monday it was back to blowing hot air (no freon). So of course, I texted him and finally Wednesday the 24th he said he would try to get to me by the weekend (26-27 September), of course that didn't happen. He texted me again on the 29th saying he would "try and make it today".... Finally on the 30th of September he made it back over to redo his work. Everything since then was fine until last Sunday, May the 17th. The AC started blowing hot air again (obviously the system has sprung another leak). I've attempted to contact him via text every day since then with absolutely no response. Oh, and for those of you wondering why I'm texting him instead of calling, he doesn't answer the phone and hasn't even bothered to set up a voicemail. If you have an AC issue, find someone else. I'm fed up with this nonsense. Thinking about small claims court, but at this point I just need some AC.

First of all, Jeremy was kind, funny and professional. Their staff is also diverse and professional. The place is extremely clean and they are even thoughtful enough to have snacks and coffee. But the kicker for me? How thorough the inspection report was. The money was well worth it for the amount of detail that was put into the report and made me feel more educated on the condition of the vehicle. I certainly will be back.

TBH I knew it had been having an issue for years as I had to 'jiggle' it to get it to turn since forever. But I drove to a grocery store and upon leaving it literally would not turn. I got a ride home and found Christian Brothers. They called a tow truck for me. They gave me a courtesy ride from my home back to the car so I could give the tow truck driver the keys (fat lot of good that did but still). Front wheels totally locked up but the tow driver knew how to handle that. Once at CBA they gave me a courtesy ride home as well. Next day they gave an estimate. Great communication through calls and texts. Car was fixed following day. They gave me a list of other recommended repairs. As someone else said, not the cheapest but the best. If you're looking for a sub $100 fix, look elsewhere but if you want people who are professional and helpful, go here. I will return.

After reading many reviews I decided to visit RPM and I have no regrets. An appointment is recommended and I usually call at least 2 weeks in advance because it's a popular small business. Recently I visited for an oil change and my car was ready in 28 minutes. I could instantly tell the difference in how my vehicle was driving. I was also informed that my vehicle looked good and only concern may be rear breaks and they would look at it during the next oil change. The oil change sticker was placed on my window so I have a reminder on when to visit next. Although it's a little drive from my home, I will continue to get my car serviced here.  Friendly service, consistent and quality work at an affordable price.

I should have looked at the other reviews before I took my car to him!! Mark Collins, the owner, had my truck for an entire week to fix an oil leak. He spent 3 days just trying to get a screw off...that was a bad sign right there. Every time we called him about the status of my truck, he had a different excuse as to why it was not ready. After 7 days I told him I needed my truck and we went to pick it up. He told us he had fixed the oil leak, but when I put the key in the ignition, the check engine light was now on and it was not on before. He was confused and could not figure out why the check engine light was on. We were there for an additional 3 hours waiting for him to figure out why the check engine light was on. We brought it back the next day to fix the new problem he created...he then said it was the O2 sensor. He told us that he put a brand new O2 sensor on my truck and that the light should go off. The check engine light NEVER went off. When we got my truck home the same day, my truck would no longer start and Mark came to my house to see what was wrong. Mark still had no clue why my truck was now not running. Mark also charged us an additional $500 from the price he initially quoted us stating that he had to charge for his additional time, the time that was his fault because he made the check engine light come on. Mark is a SCAMMER AND A FRAUD AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!! If you value your car and money do not take your car to Collins Auto in Douglasville. Additionally, we took my truck to a more reputable and capable mechanic who told us that the O2 was never changed and that it was the old O2 sensor still on my truck. The mechanic took it off and showed us how old and worn it was. But Mark Collins lied and said he replaced the O2 sensor and charged us for a brand new O2 sensor. We paid over 1K for my truck repair with Mark and still had issues. We called him and told him what the mechanic who actually fixed my truck said about him NOT replacing the O2 sensor. He didn't even deny that he lied to us. He charged us for a part and service that he never put on my truck. He then told us to bring him the receipt for our repair work, which was an additional $300 from the other mechanic. He said he would reimburse us, but when we went to his shop, he only reimbursed us less than half of the $300. Mark also makes up prices along the way, as opposed to having a standard pricing list. Mark yelled and cursed at me in person and on the phone. My husband had to call him to handle that situation. He ruins cars and refuses to correct the issue!! Please read his reviews, all of them, not the ones that he had people make up on his behalf to make him look good!! He is the ABSOLUTE WORST MECHANIC I've ever encountered. He is very argumentative and combative!!! When he had to come to my house to see why my truck wouldn't start, he attempted to be nice and made up some story stating that it was a reason for us meeting, and some other weird story. He's a con artist and a jack legged preacher.
