IAV designed its scope based on the needs I described (I needed 8 cameras that would record 24/7 and record all human or vehicular motion...plain and simple). IAV strongly recommended the Luma camera system. I agreed and they installed. They forgot to set up motion alerts during the installation. After a lot of back and forth, including pushback from their sole in-house engineer Eddie, IAV reluctantly sent their technician back to the property. He updated the settings to allow notification. Now I receive literally 300 notifications a day because a leaf on the corner of my property will wiggle in the breeze. We turned down the sensitivity to a 2 and I still get hundreds of notifications. See attached pics for a small window of time. The system cries wolf and is completely ineffective. I've asked Eric the CEO to send someone back to the house to fix the settings but he refuses saying I signed off on the installation and he's no longer responsible for it even though we're well within the 12 month warranty period. I've filed claims with the state licensing agency and Secretary of State. This is a sad situation but IAV just doesn't have the manpower or expertise to solve basic surveillance problems. I get the feeling they are spread really thin.

John's is very professional and his work is meticulous. I am extremely happy with the system they have put in place. He is available at any time and is extremely flexible to your schedule. At one point my alarm starting tripping, and I gave him to call to check it out. He came the next morning before I had to leave for work, fixed the problem in 15 minutes and was on his way. (I would like to state for the record that the problem was not something caused by MHS Systems.
