DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCKSMITH! UNPROFESSIONAL AND THREATENING! 911 Lock and Door called my wife while we were at work and THREATEN her through messages because they sent money to my cash app mistakenly. Saying that they have our names and address, that they would get law enforcement involved and sue us. I didn't even know I had the money in my account and instead of remaining professional and asking for the money back, which they got back, they THREATEN TO COME TO OUR HOME! read more

Roger did a great job for me. I called expecting to wait at least a couple of days for him to get to me. However, he was at my house within 30 minutes. He repaired and realigned the locks on my entry doors. I'd been having trouble getting the doors to lock and unlock. He had them fixed and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I don't know if this guy is an Eagle Scout, but if a Boy Scout ran a garage door repair service, this is what it would be like. Mr. Spencer was clear and quick in his communication; he educated us one multiple options to deal with our problem without particularly trying to sell us on anyone in particular; he found the most economical but also worthwhile fix to our problem. In the course of the scheduled repair, he discovered a short in our wiring and fixed it for free. He gave us the walking-out-the-door price and did not surprise us with any hidden fees. We are very satisfied with the repair; the fix happened less than 24 hours after contacting Mr. Spencer (I left a message on Sunday afternoon, and the door was fixed by 2 PM on Monday). I couldn't think of any way this guy could improve his services. Extremely reasonable prices, outstanding service, superb education, clearly-explained options, fast response, punctual arrival, great communication... what more could one ask for? Stop reading the review and call the guy. You'll thank yourself. No need to lose any more time looking elsewhere. Oh, and his website is very educational. Worth checking out.
