He was lazy the first time, when he simply could've gotten out of the truck come and knocked on the door to truly see if anyone was home. I went ahead and payed it but I should not have been charged for the laziness of the driver. Overall I was charged $300. And $100 of that was for the dolly cause the car wouldn't start and unlock the tires even tho I did attempt to put it in neutral.
